Chapter 2 - Hongdae Olympics

Nayeon's POV

Flashback

"Where are you going?" Sana was startled after seeing me standing behind her. "Unnie! Gosh! You scared me." She said while holding her chest.

"Hahaha. Sorry Sattang. You guys going out again?" I asked raising my eyebrow. Sana nudge Momo to talk so she did. "네 언니... Hehe, don't tell Jihyo pleaseeee" She said while trying to act cute.

"Yah! Stop ㅋㅋㅋ it's annoying" I said while rolling my eyes. "ㅋㅋㅋ Am i not pretty to you unnie?~" Momo pouted. "Of course you are... Not. ㅋㅋㅋ I'm the only one pretty here 바보" I said as I playfully smack her face.

We've been giggling as Momo sulk at the couch. "But really girls, it's already passed 10pm. Are you sure you'll still go out?"

I'm a worried about the idea of this two going out in the middle of the night. Trouble find it's way to tail this two. It's either they're being mobbed, lost or caught in accident.

The last time they sneaked out a sasaeng followed them that leaked our address to various social media platforms.

Ever since then, we've been receiving tons of deliveries everyday. Don't get me wrong tho, it's not that we don't want it, We appreciate the love we receive from Once. They're the source of energy and the reason why we're here now. It's just too much sometimes. Our neighbors aren't happy about it. Everyday when we're on our way home fans surrounds our dorm and it's starting to disturb our neighbors.

There was one time when a sasaeng sneaked inside our dorm when we were at schedule. The maknae line was left in the dorm since it's their day off. The sasaeng took advantage of it and took some of our things. The sasaeng even took a picture Tzuyu sleeping and posted it in twitter.

No one knew about it until it was trending and some of our fans chatted us in bubble.

It was terrifying. Tzuyu's sleeping picture was all over social media. Some pictures of our underwears and private stuffs were leaked in twitter as well. There was also a picture of Chaeyoung and Mina cuddling in Chae's room. We don't know how that sasaeng was able to pass the security.

It caused us nightmare. Mina and Tzuyu became extra quiet since then. Manager-nim immediately reported it to the company and luckily, our new apartment is ready for us to move in right away.

I could only imagine if it happens again. It's hard to pack and fix our stuffs over and over again in a short span of time. Considering our packed schedule, it adds up to the list of things that we need to do and honestly, it's tiring.

My train of thoughts was cut off when Sana shook me. "Unnie you're spacing out again. Are you sure you're okay? We can manage. We even wore this funny face mask." Sana said as she display the masks that they're wearing.

I can barely recognize her and she really look ridiculous with it. "Yeah... I'll come with you. At least I'll be able to look after you girls if ever something stupid happen again hahaha." I replied.

They were excited. We went out quietly and went to my car. I drove us to the night market in Hongdae. I parked my car in the open parking near the night market.

We went to different food stalls and shops. We were looking for a ramen bar and luckily Aori Ramen bar is open tonight. I dragged Momo and Sana inside we sat in the corner table.

We're outside already when Sana whispered beside me. She hooked her arms tightly on my side and said "Unnie, I think they recognized us... there are students that's been following us since we went out of the ramen bar." I cautiously looked back and saw that there were students trying to take pictures of us.

Seriously I can barely see myself with all this disguise we're wearing. How can they even recognize us ㅠㅠ

We don't know what to do. Momo dragged us as she speed walk towards the direction of the parking lot and that was the start of our marathon.

We run for a long time and Sana is being dragged by Momo while I'm ahead of them. I can hear the two bickering as Momo let go of the squirrel. ㅋㅋㅋ

I saw Sana panicked and adrenaline rush took over her system. She run like crazy. She was so fast that she lost control and of course her clumsy ass bumped into a stranger. ㅋㅋㅋ

We jogged towards Sana. She fall butt flat on the ground. I tried to contain my laugh after seeing her. Gosh this kid... "Hey are you okay?" I asked her as I help Momo in assisting her to stand up. She dust her pants and I checked her carefully if she had any injuries. I was checking her when I heard a groan from the stranger she bumped with.

"Yah! Watch where you're going! Aish!" The girl said. She was glaring at Sana when a guy came running towards us. "Empress! What happened? Are you okay?" He immediately helped her stand. "I'm okay Minato. Just a scratch nothing serious." She replied.

I was too busy checking her out when I suddenly heard that guy Minato saying "Miss I'm sorry if I'm being rude but you can't just touch her like that. You al-" He's really frustrated as he pull the girl's hand from Sana. "Minato. It's okay, I'm okay. Let's just go now." She cut him off.

I was shocked. The guys behind them made way for her and escorted her as that Minato guy walk beside her. Wow, she's like a princess with her royal guards.

I was dazed. She's really intimidating and gorgeous, Wow. My thoughts was cut off when I heard Sana. "Hey! Have we met before?" She asked.

She caught their attention as the girl slowly turn towards our direction. She was looking straight to Sana. Confusion was written all over her face. Aish! you're embarrassing yourself more Sana-ya I thought.

Sana slowly walked towards the girl's direction and asked again, "Have we met before?"

The girl is now looking back at Sana. "I think you've mistaken me from someone else miss. I don't know you at all" she said turnjng her back from Sana and started walking away, a little bit faster now. A car stopped in front of them and she was escorted by Minato as she get inside.

Sana was shocked. She just watch her go as she remains frozen in her place. Momo approached Sana and tapped her shoulder "Hey, let's go now. It's getting pretty late already" she said. Sana just nod in agreement and we went back to the parking lot.

The ride home was quiet. Sana was just staring outside the window while Momo dozed off in the backseat.

"Sattang, are you okay? You're spacing out again." I asked her. She looked at me with a tight lip smile before looking back outside. I just sighed.

We arrived at the door and it's really nerve wracking. Sana unlocked the door and there is Jihyo, waiting near the entrance with her arms crossed. "Get inside. Let's talk in the living room." She coldly said to us. I saw Momo gulped before giving me a small smile.

Jihyo scolded us saying how worried she was after seeing all the articles about us being chased by our fans. She seems like she wasn't able to sleep at all.

I felt guilty. I could've stopped this two but instead, i joined them. Well it's too late now, all I can do is sulk at regret my decisions. I had fun anyway.

Despite the exhaustion my body's feeling after running like I'm in Olympics earlier, I still enjoyed it. The thrill and adrenaline that's running within my body. It was tiring but at the same time satisfying. It was definitely worth all the scolding. ㅋㅋㅋ Well, I'll just hope we won't be scolded for hours by PD-nim, I thought before flopping in my bed and drift off to sleep.
