Taehyung couldn't completely understand on why Jin had given him his order free. He had never, one could say, experience or done that before. Giving things off for free? What was this? A free living world?
"What you thinking of so much?" Taehyung jumped a bit as he heard Jin's voice beside him. He smiled, shaking his hand as to say 'nothing' and the both of them began to walk. It was around 3 in the afternoon when Jin got off of his shift, and yes, Taehyung was waiting for him since 8 in the morning, call him weird or whatever.
"Where are you heading off to?" Taehyung said as he turned to Jin, who was already looking at him. He was caught by surprise, turning away quickly.
"I'm heading home, you free?" Tae shook his head yes, still not being able to face Jin. Jin smiled, grabbing onto Tae's hand, he dragged him away from the shop. The sudden pull made Tae almost lose his balance, getting quickly on his feet as he was still being dragged by Jin.
"I made some cupcakes last night and I wanted you to try them!" Jin smiled, sending a warm feeling to Tae's body. Holding onto Tae's hand, catching him by surprise again, Jin dragged him as he walked, Tae's feet walking by themselves as Tae seemed to be in some other place.
Jin's hand was soft, not too hot, not too cold, it was the perfect temperature for a hand. They were smooth, and Taehyung liked it, grabbing Jin by his hand better as he walked next to him. He never really held hands before with someone while they walk, only when he was little with his mother if that count, but other than that, he would simply walk beside them and not get too close to them. Yet Jin..was different.
"Your hands are soft.." Taehyung unconsciously said, making Jin smile and turn back to him. Taehyung fully embarrassed himself as he realized what he said.
"Thank you! I've been taking really good care of my skin so that makes me proud of my success!" Tae sighed in relief, at least Jin didn't see him as a weird guy for thinking his hands were soft.
They continued to walk as Jin's hands still held onto Tae's, Tae loving the contact with his hands but not seeming to figure out why he did. He just carried on with the thought that his hands were soft and that was it. They walked by a small park, Taehyung being dragged once again to the park as Jin's eyes shine like stars at night.
"A puppy! Look!" Taehyung pouted as Jin ran off to the man and the puppy in front of him. He almost wished that he was the dog, but stopped himself from thinking that way. As he walked up to Jin, who petted the dog and didn't seem to notice how the male was staring at him, Taehyung stood behind him.
"Sorry about him, he just loves puppies" Taehyung awkwardly said, trying his best to lift Jin off the ground. Now it was Jin's turn to pout, as he was dragged away from the puppy that stared at him with puppy eyes.
"Ya! How dare you drag me away!" Jin whacked Tae on the back, making a loud sound on it.
"Hey! The man was looking at you weird..so I saved you, you should be thanking me rather than hitting me" Tae faked cried as he rubbed the back of his shoulder, Jin smiling as he took over and rubbed his back.
"Sorry..I just love puppies that I want to hold them forever and ever!!" Taehyung laughed, he saw Jin as the younger one rather than him. He smiled, looking down when he thought of something, immediately looking up, surprising Jin.
"I have a dog! You want to see him! You can come!" Taehyung excitingly said, holding onto Jin's hand, not seeming to notice.
"A dog! Where's your home? I need to see it" Taehyung smiled, holding Jin's hand and beginning to walk. All that was in Jin's head was the thought of how Taehyung's dog looked like, while Tae, he couldn't bring himself to think of anything else rather than them two holding hands.
...
"Taehyung? Who is this?" Taehyung's mother said as soon as he opened the door. Jin smiled at her, bowing as he saw her.
"Sorry to interrupt ma'am, I'm Kim Seokjin, Taehyung's friend" Jin smiled, making Tae feel weird of how mature Jin was. He understood he was older, but wasn't that too much?
"Ah..nice to meet you Seokjin, I've heard a lot about you from my son" she winked at Tae, who turned away in embarrassment. Jin was surprised, but kept his cool as he didn't want to show.
"Okay mom, but where's Yeontan?" Taehyung asked, looking around and hearing a clink of a metal, smiling as he knew who it was. As Jin turned around to look at the same direction Tae was, his face light up with joy as he saw a small dog, brown and light brown fur, smiling and running up to him. He squealed as he picked up Yeontan, receiving a kick here and there.
"Oh my- you're so cute!! Oh my!!" Jin said, Tae's mother laughing as she went upstairs to do her things. Tae on the other hand, seem to dislike how Jin was paying more attention to Yeontan rather than him, but kept his mouth shut.
"What did you say his name was?" Jin smiled.
"Yeontan, it's Yeontan" Taehyung smiled a bit, quickly sighing as he wished he hadn't brought Jin to his house, cause now, Yeontan was stealing his attention. He huffed, sitting on the couch as he stared at Jin, who continued to play with Yeontan.
"Oh! Taehyung! I almost forgot!" Tae smiled as he sat up, his full attention on Jin, who still held Yeontan in his arms as he looked at him.
"Are you busy this Saturday?" Taehyung immediately shook his head no, to be honest, he didn't even know if he was busy or not.
"Do you want to go see a movie? I've been getting bored lately and Saturday is my only day off" Jin smiled, making Tae's heart beat fast again. He tried saying something, but all Tae could do was nod his head and stare as Jin went back to playing with Yeontan.
'Whats wrong with me..' Taehyung thought, sitting back on the couch as continued to stare at Jin.
Jin on the other hand, could feel the states that he was getting from no other than Tae, but tried to not freak him out by playing with Yeontan. If he could be honest, he's notice them since the first time, but felt like he should ignore them, in which he successfully has done.
"Boys! I made pie!" Jin's head quickly turned as he heard food, placing Yeontan down and quickly getting up, heading to where the voice was heard.
As for Tae, he saw the light flash before his eyes as Jin was gone as he blinked. He was shocked by how fast Jin could he by the mention of food. He stood up, walking over to the kitchen where he saw Jin already with his piece of pie, smiling as the older looked like a hamster with stuffed cheeks, he looked cute..
"Is he the guy you've been blushing for?" Taehyung choked on his own aid as he heard the words of his mother.
"Hehe~" she sneakily went away, as Jin came towards him with a worried look. As Tae's face filled up with redness, he tried his best not to stare at Jin because of what his mother had just told him.
He has not been blushing over Jin...right?
