Natsu, Lucy and Loke had their guard up, ready for the worst case scenario. Natsu signals Happy to stay with Elvira.

Happy obliged.

The three shadowy figures were now no more in the dark forest. With every step they took into the sand, their appearances grew clearer in the bright sunlight. They all wore hoods, covering themselves. The only one whose hood was lowered was a women. Probably the women Happy claimed as the one who attacked Terou.

"Ultear... that was her name.." Happy says slowly to his friends.

The shadowy group stops in their tracks after they were about 5 meters away from Natsu, who was still standing ahead of his teammates.

There was a silence. No one spoke a word. Both groups didn't want to make the first move. The expressions of the hooded people were not visible. But expressions of so-called Urtear were clear. She was sensing the magic power of the mages. She looked disappointed...

"Uhhh!!!! This is taking too long!!" Natsu yells in annoyance and rushes towards them.

"Wait, NATSU!!" Loke and Lucy yell in unison but he was not in a mood to listen. He dashed towards the three unknown enemies. Are they friend or foe? Are they really of here to harm them? Are they the bandits who attacked the village? Are they after this new girl?

There were a lot of questions in his mind. But one thing was clear.

They were strong and had exceptional amount of magic power.

Natsu lights up his fist and aims a punch towards Ultear, who was the only one whose expressions he could read. She was not moving. Just standing there.

"Aaahhhh!" Natsu does a full powered fire dragon punch but... nothing happens? His flames vanishes. He vanishes from the spot he was standing on. Ultear was still standing there, unfazed.

"No... Natsu..." Happy slowly starts crying. He thought that he lost Natsu once again. But he stops as he hears Lucy say something.

"Forced gate closure!!..." Lucy was holding Natsu's key in her hand. Loke had a feeling that attacking them will ultimately result in our loss. His hunches are usually right, so Lucy closed the gate before the situation turned messy.

It was the right call.

"That was close... I almost knocked him out." Ultear says keeping her hand on one of her teammate's shoulder. "They all are from Fairytail... even that pink haired celestial spirit has a mark. I think we can trust them."

"Hey and we thought you were suspicious." Lucy says lowering her defensive stance.

"Well we don't blame you."
A hooded person speaks taking his hood off. The person was most likely a girl because of her voice. Indeed she was a girl. She had pink hair, a black ear muff (note that it was summer) and a red dress trimmed with golden borders. She looked pretty.

She playfully nudges the person who was still wearing hood.

The last person removes his hood too, revealing himself. It was a shock for Fairytail. The person who was supposed to be in prison was standing right in front of them. A criminal from past, a man who goes by the name Jellal.
