When does one consider thyself as a poet?
Writing poetry is a swindle.
Why, you might ask.Watch me intertwine words together
like a jeweler associating the pearls of a necklace;
unveils the world using figures of speech,
add futile line break that seems to
hold significance
where there might
not
be
any.A poet is a person who writes poems.
Maybe I'm a poet.
A poet is a person possessing special powers of imagination or expression.
Maybe not.
It doesn't matter.
Why does one write poems?To stop my brain from drowning,
I relieve the pain;
injecting the feelings into poems,
stripped in front of the reader,
piece
by
piece.But underneath the rhymes,
is a cold person who dances alone.
Days float on the absurdity
that is the life;
birth
incomprehension
desire
frustration
passion
turbulence
curiosity
rebellion.The clock ticks, and suddenly
no more time.
Let there be silence!Writing poetry is an art.

And people flock around the poet and say: 'Sing again soon' - that is, 'May new sufferings torment your soul but your lips be fashioned as before, for the cry would only frighten us, but the music, that is blissful."
- Kierkegaard

Raindrops of Reality - [poetry]
PoetryI'm fine. But what does it mean? A phrase said for years but usually meaning a lie. A settlement for how something could be? Or a false testimony for the way that I'm feeling? Raindrops of Reality is a personal collection of poems, with the will to...
