Batman finished every incident that happened tonight. As he was about to go home since it's morning, he got unknown coordinates. Before investigating this, he informed Spinel.

(Batman) Spinel.

[Cowl Comms] Batman?

(Batman) Take Pink and the others to Earth and bubble Moonlight. Begin curing the gems. I'll return soon.

[Cowl Comms] Got it. See ya soon.

Batman followed the coordinates to a abandoned tunnel. He walked to the end of it, only for the tunnel door to close behind him. He used Detective Mode as night vision.

Torches light up the room and he turned off Detective Mode. The light reveals four statues, all four are the Diamonds. There's levers at the bottom of the statues, pulling one of them might reveal something similar to the Diamond the lever is connected to.

Batman pulled the lever that was on Pink Diamond's statue. The statue is pulled up from the ground and revealed a hallway. He walks down the hall, and the way from where he came closed behind him, preventing him from going back.

The torches began glowing dimmer, dark enough for Batman's eyes to glow in the dark. The walls look awfully familiar. He recognize the pattern, it was the tower, the place Pink was thrown into multiple times.

The walls began closing in, attempting to trigger an claustrophobic reaction from him, luckily he isn't claustrophobic. But this was probably a jab at Pink Diamond, almost as if she was suppose to be in here. He presumed that this was some sort of trial for the Diamonds, whether it's for them, or someone to be their successor.

He side stepped to the end and he finds himself back in the room. The torch at Pink Diamond's statue is burnt out, a sign that he completed the trial.

???: Welcome, Detective, to the Diamond Trials. I see that you've accepted my invitation. I'm glad you're taking time out of you morning to play along. I promise to make it worth your time.

(Batman) Who are you, and what do you want?

???: Keep those questions in mind, Detective. I promise your questions will be answered at the end of the trials. You've completed Pink Diamond's trial. Now you have three more to complete.

Batman went and pulled the lever on Blue Diamond's statue. He walked down the hall and the walls behind him closed, forcing him to only go forward. His reality changed and he saw a familiar area. Crime Alley.

This challenge is striking at his emotions, which is tied to Blue Diamond's power.

???: Do not stop moving, nor do you cry. Do any of those two, and you fail the trial.

Batman is tempted to stop and get his emotions in check, as this place was triggering something inside of him. He heard fainted screaming and gunshots in the background, which is not making this easier for him. His walking gotten slower, almost halting.

He made it to the end, and he paused to regain control of himself.

???: Congratulations. You've passed Blue Diamond's trial. The other two won't be so easy as the previous two.

Batman pulled the lever on Yellow Diamond's statue. He walks in a wide space room, and the walls closed at the way he came from. Statues appeared, made of rocks.

???: Fight these to win this challenge. Get hit, or drop your combo, you lose, and have to restart.

Batman attacked the first one, and ducked to avoid getting hit from the second one. He jumps over the third statue and attacked it from behind to get a critical hit. He tackled the second statue to the wall and plunged his fist to destroy it's torso, which decimated it completely.

He risked getting hit, which is why he jumped over one of them when he finished. He kicked the first one in the head, which destroyed it. The last one was destroyed when Batman punched it's face directly.

The walls open and he walks back to the main room. All torches but White Diamond's are burnt out. He pulled the final lever and the floor beneath him disappears and he falls.

He lands on a platform.

???: For this trial, you must travel through this place without touching the ground. Doing so would result in death.

He glides off the platform and he steered his way to the next one. He jumped off the second one and dive bombed to the third platform. He continued this process all the way to the end, which then, he was teleported back to the main room, all the torches are burnt out.

???: Congratulations, Detective, you completed the Diamond Trials! Your questions will now be answered. I am the ancestor of the Diamonds, their creator. I am here in spirit, my body is destroyed, and I was here, awaiting for the prophecy to come true.

She informed him.

(Batman) What prophecy?

Diamond Ancestor: A prophecy about a brave traveler who discovers secrets of the Diamonds. A rather, young warrior who often lets their anger get the best of them. But you've evolved better into a more calmer demeanor most of the time. Right now, a podium will rise in front of you, and a scroll will be there for you to keep.

Her words became true. He grabbed the scroll and opened it. The words are written in gem language, which is something he can translate with Detective Mode.

Diamond Ancestor: The scroll contains the creation of the Diamonds, their weaknesses and strengths. Everything you need to know about them inside and out. I trust that you will use this obtained information for good use, and a way to ensure the Diamond's cooperation when they reform. Have a nice day!

He pockets the scroll in his belt and a exit was shown to him. He leaves.
