NARRATOR'S POV:
After the second task everybody was very keen to hear details of what had happened down in the lake, which meant that Ron was getting to share Harry’s limelight for once. Anna noticed that Ron’s version of events changed subtly with every retelling.
March approached and the weather became dier but Anna and George's love was still fresh and smooth, just like the way when they were in second year. They both were in agreement to sent owls to their parents, informing them about their relationship. But oft times Anna had crumpled and thrown away half written letters, just because it didn't feel the right moment to her. She was nervous about telling her parents but George was way too nervous about it, because he thought the Mrs Mcxandra was still mad at him about his few-week relationship with Darla Carson, even though Anna assured him a thousand times that she would be happy to know about them.
Anna and George were sitting at a table in the common room with Jeremy and Emily, helping them with potions homework. Fred, Diana and Ginny were sitting on the couch, chatting. Chocolate was scuttling around with Crookshanks. George was closely watching Anna as she was helping them write uses and sources of leaping toadstools.
"Yeah that's right", Anna said and leaned back, George drapped his arm around her and pulled her closer.
"They're so cute together", Anna heard him saying in a whisper, not wanting the second years to hear him. Anna didn't say anything just smiled.
"I think they would end up falling in love with each other", he said and Anna looked up at him.
"I mean just look at them, they are so close and most of the time they are together", George said.
"Yeah, they are", Anna said, looking at the two.
"They'll fall in love....like us", George said looking sweetly at her and she smiled pleasantly at him. He leaned to kiss her but she stopped him by placing her hand on his lips.
"Kids around us", Anna said giggling. George intertwined his fingers with hers and kissed her hand and she kissed his cheek.
Anna noticed Jeremy and Emily giggling behind their hands.
"Eyes on parchment", Anna pursed her lips, trying to hide the smile. After helping the second years, Anna went to her own dorm, talking about Rita Skeeter's article "Harry Potter’s Secret Heartache", which was about Hermione and her interest in Harry and Viktor Krum.
"Seriously, this lady is unbelievable", Anna said, vexed with Rita Skeeter.
They both were sat on Anna's bed reading the article when Hermione entered. They jumped and hid the article under the blanket.
"You don't need to hide it. I've already read it", Hermione said and sat on her bed. "But there's one thing I don't understand, how could Rita Skeeter have known what Viktor said to me?", Hermione said, looking thoughtful.
"So he really said he'd never felt the same way about anyone else!", Diana said, her eyes wide opened.
"And he did ask you to visit him over
the summer!", Anna said with same expressions."Yes, he did", Hermione said, blushing.
"Oh my God, and what did you say?", Anna asked."I didn't really answer", Hermione said.
"I'm only wondering how did Rita Skeeter found out", she furrowing her brows."Forget it Mione. She's just a prat", Diana snarled.
The girls were busy chatting when they heard a knock.
"Oh, your boyfriend's here to take you with him", Diana said, teasingly.
