Definitely the longest 2 weeks of JJ and Cams life. They couldn't see each other. But today she was getting released with a diagnosis.
Major Depression.
Although it was a very common diagnosis everyone seemed to make a big deal out of it.
It shocked JJ when he found out but it all made sense. Cam on the other hand wasn't shocked at all. She wanted to know what was "wrong" with her and that's what she was secretly betting on.
A door opens and Cam walks out towards JJ, still looking emotionless but in some way better. He runs to her and hugs her. "I'm so sorry I missed you so much" he sighs. She hugs him back "I missed you to" the brunette croaked.
They'd grown so close since Cam got kicked out that being away was super hard. She throws the bag of her things over her shoulder and they head to the car.
"I take meds twice a day and you have to in their words 'force me to get out of the house'" she says while buckling herself in. "They also said you're doing really great and once you start taking these you'll get better"
"but I can't get better JJ! This is how I am and I'm stuck with it!" she shouts "taking these just makes it real and I don't want it to be real! I'm gonna be like a fucking robot on these!"
JJ looks down, almost like he was ashamed. "I'm sorry..." he whispers. She sighs "no I am I shouldn't of snapped"
He softly smiles at her, the girl he's so madly in love with. "I love you" JJ places a hand over hers. "I love you to" Camilla reply's quietly before they drive back to the chateau.
She's greeted with hugs and kisses on the cheeks from the girls. John B and Pope both hug her and say how much they missed the girl. "did anyone try to kill anyone?" John B grins, earning a hard slap from Kie.
Cam laughs "someone lit their moms boyfriend on fire" she smirks. Everyone exchanges looks before bursting into laughter. It felt good to be home with everyone she loved. Even tho that meant everything was different...
Later that night her and JJ lay in bed. They where silent, a comfortable silence. "I missed you my love" JJ breaks the silence. "I missed you to bubba" Cam smiles back at the boy.
As weird as it sounds being locked up with a bunch of crazies makes you realize a lot.
"let's go on a date tomorrow night we've never gone on a actual date" JJ smiles. "what where you thinking?" Cam asks.
"let's-.... go to the pier there's an amusement park there right now"
She smiles and nods in agreement. Excited for the day ahead she nuzzles into JJ. She missed his touch and smell so fucking much.
"good night my love"
