Chapter 32
"WHAT THE F IS WRONG WITH YOU BOTH?!"
Seb yelled, wearing a frustrated expression and I looked away trying to avoid breaking into tears.
Enough of breaking down.
"No seriously! You two aren't kids! Talk and sort it out damn it!" He shouted and I gave a half-nod like almost those words didn't pass my ears.
Three days passed and I did everything I could to avoid bumping into Shayan. We shut our balcony doors, like we were shutting our hearts to each other. Unwelcoming and... painful.
What do you do when you like someone so much?
Why doesn't that person just get out of our heads and make our lives easier?
And put our hearts to ease?
Why don't they just understand that it effin' hurts?
You fell for him. Your fault. Not his. Stop your stupid whining.
Right.
"Haaniyah.. are you even listening to me?" He asked again, now sounding calm. I sighed resting my head down over my crossed hands on the desk.
We were back to routine, holidays were over and you could see a clear annoyed expression on every student's face in my class. They all looked like tired pandas with big dark circles around their eyes that even pandas would pity us and take us to their homes.
Well actually, jungle. Or something.
To add to it, our physics professor, in his nails-on-a-chalkboard type of voice was wasting the time giving his emotional speech on how he had to somersault once and he couldn't land properly...and
..bla..bla..bla.
He clearly misunderstood us for being interested in his life.
Every effin professor does that. WE ARE NOT INTERESTED was our loud cry.
The maximum I could do is just sit and listen to the boring annoying story of my professor but don't worry, I smacked him twenty-five times with a chalk duster and then poured a bowl of chicken gravy on his head. In my mind, actually. I emphasized on the chicken gravy cause he's a pure vegetarian.
Die physics! Die professor!
Anyone who likes physics will die in my hands. Trust me. The only person I wont kill is.. Farah. Why?
Ahmed. He is all into her.
Farah, being a physics 'fan' was seated in front of us with none other than Ahmed. They were getting along pretty well and it seemed like soon they would start dating, only if Ahmed had some better places to take her to. And not zoo.
Like seriously? Why is he so weird? Why does he think Farah would rather visit animals than go to a movie or something?
'I thought she'd like animals' would be his reply.
Huh.
I think we've smacked his head enough to get him into his senses but he is relentless.
I watched him, staring at Farah, just glancing at her beauty. I won't blame him. She is, indeed beautiful.
Seb was still looking at me and I didn't know what to say to him. The question he asked,
Wtf is wrong with you both?!
Well, everything.
I wanted to reply but I can't tell him about the misunderstanding Shayan has on me 'cause that would just make everything a heck lot awkward.
