After that day, there was a special connection between Shayan and I. He wouldn't take his eyes off me and I couldn't help but feel butterflies all the time.

This is such a beautiful feeling. I don't know how to describe it.

Another few days passed by in a blur and today, being Friday we had two free hours in the afternoon. As usual, we escaped to canteen.

"What?!" Sebastian and I yelled in unison, looking at Ahmed.

"Yeah." He replied nodding nonchalantly.

"When did this happen?" I asked almost shouting those words.

"Isn't her name Paara?" Sebastian asked giving me an obvious 'Ahmed-is-going-to-be-so-pissed' look.

"FARAH! How many freaking times will I have to tell you?" Ahmed yelled back. Oops. He looks serious. Sebastian giggled. I nudged his arm and rolled my eyes. "Shh" I whispered to Seb to stop talking or else he'd definitely get punched by Ahmed, who, out of the blue looks serious today.

"Okay alright calm down. Temme the whole story." I said trying to calm our idiot best friend who's acting all weird. Not that it's unusual. He's always weird.

"So her name is Farah, the most beautiful girl I've ever seen." Ahmed said exaggerating those last few words looking out the window. I and Seb looked at each other, giggled silently and looked back at him.

"But she asked for date." Ahmed said now looking back at us and holding his chin in his palm. Okay, this is going to be interesting.

"DATE?!" we yelled in unison.

"That's so cool" I said excitedly.

"Bro you're awesome" Seb said bringing his hand out for a hi5.

"On the index sheet!" he yelled back.

"Index sheet? Lab manual?" Seb asked with his eyes widened.

"What?!" I and Seb looked at each other, and then we burst out laughing. Like seriously! Index sheet! Ahmed looked irritated but we started laughing more clutching our stomach.

"Oh my god I can't even breathe," I said breaking into laughter. Seb was almost falling down from his chair because he was laughing so hard. The whole canteen was now staring at us. We looked at Ahmed, who didn't even half-smile. Seb nudged my arm and we went quite.

"Okay okay we're sorry. You go ahead." I said holding my laugh. He looked at us with 'can-I-still-trust-you-people-won't-laugh' expression. "No seriously continue." Seb said controlling his laughter.

"So she was my lab partner right? So I thought I can just flirt with her because she is the most beautiful girl - "

"Yeah we know that. She is the most beautiful girl" Seb said interrupting him. I giggled silently.

"Hmm. So I stalked her all the way to her home. but" he paused. "I got caught by her brother."

"OH MY FREAKING LORDS! What happened?" I yelled.

"He let his dog chase me" he said and there was silence for few-seconds. Seb and I looked at Ahmed, then looked back at each other and burst out LAUGHING.

"I can't believe that happened" Seb said laughing more.

"Ahmed.. you seriously.. are an idiot" I said between my laughing fits. Ahmed looked so pissed but we felt bad for our best friend.

No, we didn't.

Chased by dogs? I thought that only happens in movies.

"Aw, come on now. Forget about her. We'll find a hot girl for you" Seb said patting his shoulder.
