Chapter 20
"Ahmed! You idiot.." I yelled getting up to smoothen up my jeans around my knees and to brush off the dirt that was spread all over my sleeves.
"It was your fault okay? Not mine!" He huffed as Seb brought his hand out to help him get up from the ground.
Okay so this is what happened.
I skipped college because I wanted to take rest and stay in my room the whole day. I just wanted some time alone after all that happened. But my two best friends wanted me to share my 'sorrows' with them so they bunked their afternoon classes and decided to crash at my house.
We were peacefully studying in my room, okay in all honesty we were trying to but that's when Ahmed the great, had a brilliant plan. He wanted us to take a stroll around the garden to get some 'fresh air' and we would automatically ace our exams with all straight A's.
His head suddenly popped up another brilliant idea; which was to give me a piggyback ride. In his words, "Haaniyah.. you will feel better. It's fun."
That was actually sweet but we both ended up falling on the ground loosing the balance. And the heck? he's calling me heavy!
"It was your fault!" I yelled back stomping my foot on the ground and crossing my arms over my chest.
"No yours!"
"Yours!"
"Excuse me?"
"Yours yours yours yours!"
"It was your fault Haaniyah.. you are..- "
"Dont! Don't you dare call me heavy!" I yelled cutting him off by smacking his stomach and he stumbled backwards falling down like he's shot. I immediately sat on his legs to tackle him with my punches.
But no use.
He was laughing his ass off on me.
"Haani- ya - you - are - tickling me." He said between his laughing fits.
"Take this! Take this punch!" I punched his cheek but he doubled his laughter. The sound of his laugh filled the garden like fire.
"I'm gonna punch you again! You better be ready." I said and winked. "Seb your help needed!" I shouted giving Ahmed a crooked grin and turning to look towards my saviour Seb who was holding his fist in his mouth trying to control his laughter.
"You remind me of Jerry." Seb said sitting down facing us. His broad shoulders vibrated along with his dark chuckling.
"What the hell! You idiots!" I shouted narrowing my eyes at both of them.
Both of them were giving me evil lopsided grins and looked at each other stopping for a second, and then again they turned back to me.
"Guys?" I asked not sure of what these idiots were thinking.
"Haaniyah...." Seb called my name with a smug smile on his face while Ahmed wriggled his eyebrows smiling sheepishly. They brought their hands out and curled them like spiders crawling on their webs, singing "Haaniyah... tickly tickly tish.. tickly ticklyy.." and came closer to me.
"No you won't!" I said bringing my hands to ball them into fists. I shot them a death glare but Ahmed, took advantage that I was already in his lap. He immediately held me tight by my arms.
"No idiots you-"
And they started tickling me singing like 5 year olds,
"tickly tickly tish..."
