A/N:

Since many of you asked me to update, here it is. Chapter 33. This is all I could come up with.

Happy reading.

Chapter 33

Shayan POV

If there was anything I knew at this moment, it was that I was a jerk. I left her there without saying anything. How mean can I get? Who was being a kid now? Of course me. If I couldn't handle one minute of her being with Sebastian, how was I going to be pretend to be unaffected the other times they will be together?

I screwed up, didn't I?

Badly, yes. Said the voice inside my head.

I parked my car and made my way into the house. I can't be this immature. They might be dating or maybe not but I can't act like a jealous kid wanting for his toy car or something.

She isn't yours.

As soon as I reached my bedroom, I removed my jacket and pulled the t shirt over my head, throwing them on the floor. I felt uneasy. I sat down on my bed and kept raking my fingers through my hair in uneasiness.

"No, no," I kept mumbling 'no' burying my face in my hands.

Haaniyah is mine.

I love her.

She can't possibly like Sebastian right?

They're just best friends right?

She likes me, right?

What is it now? Wishful thinking?

I sighed, getting up into change into my sweatpants and sweatshirt.

Gym. I'll be fine if I hit the gym.

I quickly ran downstairs to Ryan's room, to ask if he wanted to tag along. Ryan loved working out as well. Right now, working out seemed like the best idea to get my mind off everything.

Hopefully.

"Ryan?" I knocked on his door.

"Sheen, come inside." He answered. I quickly opened the door saying, "Ryan, I was wondering if you-"

I stopped mid-sentence when I saw both mom and dad there. All of them sitting on bed with the suitcases around them. Ryan's clothes were all scattered around.

"What is happening?" I asked as I closed the door behind me. Mom got up, crying as she came to me. "Tell him Shayan. Tell him not to leave."

"Ryan?!" I asked in disbelief. He can't be leaving. He can't leave me here.. like this. When I need him the most.

He looked away trying to avoid my gaze. Dad was sitting on the corner of the bed, folding his arms over his chest. As usual with that tough look he has.

Anger filled in me. I think I know why Ryan's leaving again.

I walked up straight to dad and once I stood in front of him, I blurted out things I shouldn't have.

"Why are you kicking him out again? When will you ever stop being so selfish? All you need is a chairman right? To inherit your oh-so-important company?!"

"Sheen, stop!" Ryan yelled from the other side of the bed.

"No, Can't you see? This old man is breaking us apart again?!"

"Sheen, drop it."

"No!" I raised my voice.

"Sheen, I said drop it." Ryan said calmly. "Fine." I sat down on bed, frustrated. What was wrong with my life? How come everything goes wrong all at once?
