"Anddd, this is me and Jules' room." Jennifer says as we walk into the room, finishing the tour of her apartment. "I like it." I nod and walk around it a little.

"This ones my bed." She says and plops down onto her bed. "Yeah?" I say and walk over to her bed, sitting on the edge. "Yep. You can tell because I always make my bed, and Jules never does." She explains.

"Well that's very responsible of you." I nod and she smiles. "I know right." She agrees. "I have a question." I say and she tilts her head. "What?" She asks.

"So my cousin is throwing a party tomorrow night, and I was wondering if you'd wanna come?" I say. "To your cousins party?" She raises one brow. "Yeah. It's not like a family party or anything, we just go out to a club, and I don't really know any of her friends so it's always weird for me." I explain.

"Well. Sure, I'll go. If your cousins okay with it." She says. "Yeah she always says I can bring whoever." I shrug. "Well great." She nods and smiles.

It's the next day, and me and Jennifer are going to that party tonight. I'm pretty excited, but I'm also a little nervous for some reason, which is odd. But I try not to think about that.

The day goes on, and eventually it finally reaches sevon o'clock. I have to pick up Jennifer at eight, so I start to get ready.

I pick out an outfit, then I do my hair and makeup.

I do a little more makeup than usual, and I decide to straighten my hair

Once I finish getting ready, I text Jennifer that I'm on the way. I pull into the parking lot of her apartment building, and watch her walk out.

I didn't realize at first, but I'm staring so hard at her. I'm used to seeing her in work clothes at the hospital, or just casual jeans and a shirt.

She looks good

She looks good.

She comes to the side of the car and gets in. "Woah-. Look at you." She says and eyes me down. "Thankyou, thankyou." I smile as I pull out of the parking lot.
