i was listening to music with my airpods in and dancing in my room when two strong arms grabbed me

i screamed and elbowed him in the neck causing him to let go of me

"dammit" cain bent down holding his neck

"oh shit sorry" i stood there unsure of what to do

suddenly he picked me up and ran downstairs

"what the fuck?"

"shut the hell up" he hushed me

this isn't funny

what's going on

he sprints to his mercedes were he throws me into the passenger seat and drives off

the roar of his car is so sexy

like man like car?

"what's going on?"

i'm so confused what kind of game is this

he tosses a loaded gun to me

"listen i don't have my much time to explain this to you, but we are being attacked" he speeds down the road

suddenly i see two black sports cars behind us

"damn look at their cars"

i admired the hellcat and mustang behind us

wait what??!

"attacked by who" i yelled at him

"our enemies duh" he scoffed and a bullet just barely missed our car

"they have shitty aim" i grabbed the gun opening the sun roof above us

the hellcat behind us speed up hitting our bumper causing my body to jerk back

"let's try to be y/n" i mumble positioning my gun outside of the window releasing shots

whoever sent these people to kill us are doing a horrible job at it

i hit the passenger side window and saw a woman's body go lifeless in the car

"there was a girl in there, she wasn't a captive by any chance right?" i ask to cain while reloading the gun

"no, they keep their captives in cells must have been one of his one night stands. Look and see who is in the drivers side" his eyes were
focused on the road and his vein covered hands gripped on the wheel

i stuck my head carefully out the window to look in the drivers side window

"mink?" i gasped and cain grabbed my arm pulling me inside the car so when he turned the sharp corner i wouldn't go flying out the car

"it's mink" i sigh

mink is the son of Rion

Rion is the head of the mafia that shot me

"what a stupid name, mink" he laughed while speeding into the distance

"glad you think this is funny"

a bullet flew through our front windshield from the back of the car making us duck

"amore mio, get rid of the mustang" he looked at me

i wanted to bathe in the moment he called me his love

but i have no time

i peaked back out of the window and brought my gun to line up with the mustang's tires

i sent multiple bullets into his tires causing him to spin off the road into the water

that was so unbelievably easy

"one down one to go"

i was about to do something very dangerous that could kill us but it's worth a shot

i took the bullets out of the chamber and dumped them into my hand

i lined them up so they are all facing downwards and threw them behind our car

the bullets exploded causing the hellcat to catch on fire

the car stopped and you could see the flames in the distance

"what a waste of such a sexy car" i groaned

"and i thought you couldn't get any more attractive" he smiles and speeds off in the distance

"where are my parents and brothers? I miss them"

i'm too emotionally drained for this mafia stuff right now

"they are at the house we will be staying at for a couple weeks" his eyes still focused on the road

how long will that take because i'm getting tired and i want to sleep

i think my adrenaline rush just stopped so all the missed sleep is catching up to me

"1 hour away mia, you can sleep"

how does he keep reading me? i'm not that transparent
