"shut up" he said taking a sip from his drink, then placing it back in the cup holder
"fine" i sighed, and took out my phone
"hey beautiful" mio said answering the facetime call
"mio, i'm bored." i huffed , leaning my head against the back of the seat
"yeah, cain seems like a boring guy" he said
and we laughed together
i noticed my phone being on 10%
"alright, i'll find something to do. Just wanted to check on you. Love you" i said, then hung up the phone
i reached for his car charger when he snatched it out of the plug and threw it in the back seat
"what the hell" i mumbled and went to grab the charger but he slammed the breaks making me fall forward
"cain" i yelled at him
he responded with a smirk
he then pulled his gun out of the tight space between his seat
"get in the back and stay down"
"i'm not a kid"
"miarelle rossi"
"cain bianchi" i glared over at him
"you're the reason my parents are dead. corretto?" i spat at him
"i'm not the reaso-"
"you didn't prevent it though did you? Did you ca-" my yelling was interrupted by a harsh collision in the back of our car causing it to jerk forward
"fuck" he mumbled, speeding on the road surrounded by just tall trees
oh goody! another car chase
fuck my life.
"perfect, let us go meet my parents" i clapped and cheered sarcastically
"mia" he yelled, the thunder in his voice silencing my whole presence
"it's not the time" he mumbled switching gears and speeding off to another road
i looked into the passenger window and saw a black mercedes with a bow dented front, behind us
"what kind of monster would destroy their car like that." i mumbled to myself
"mia, look in the passenger side seat. Who is it?"
probably your crazy ass mom
"mio"
"mio? I knew he wasn't any goo-"
the sound of facetime connecting our phones cut cain off
"hey mio" i smiled into the phone camera
"mia, are you fucking serious?" he yelled over to me while speeding into another lane
"i don't appreciate how you yelled at me earlier. Until you apologize i'm not helping you do shit." i looked back at my phone
"if i don't die in the hands of this fool, let's go on a date" i smiled at my phone
"yes we sh-" my phone died, cutting mio off
"damn it, if you weren't so damn stingy with your car charger"
the car that is chasing us, rammed into my side door
"your whole family just got crazy in them huh?" i looked over to a furious cain
the crazy bianchi's
that should be a show
"oh don't be petty love, i was only joking" i rested my head on my hands looking at him
but he didn't respond
he just kept trying to loose the car now behind us
"cain" i dragged his name out, teasing him
"i'm so fucking close to making my parents' job easier" he said, switching gears to the car
"how?" i scoffed
"running off this damn cliff" he said, under his breath
"i'm sure you would die first"
"is that a challenge neonata?"
oh shit
"cain, your parents are still speeding after us" i let out a awkward laugh, trying to calm his crazy ass
"like i said before, they are the bloodhounds. Not my parents" their car has a auto-driver as well
"so if i swerve, their car does too. That's how they have been able to make all these exits"
"huh" i looked at him
i must be very slow because..
"watch" he drove down on the road which had a deep ocean beside us and the rocky cliff on the other side
he drove closest to the edge near the water
"cain i was joking, i don't want to die yet" i yelled, reaching for the steering wheel
he only grinned and drove off of it
it felt as if my heart had stopped
i closed my eyes and gripped the seat, feeling the drop in my stomach
i'm gonna die
in his hands
i didn't get to avenge my parents
the car got caught on rock connected to the cliff big enough to fit the whole car, while the car following us collided with the ocean
disappearing underneath the violent motions of the water
cain drove back up the side of the cliff, racing back down the road
"you're crazy, asshole" i turned in my seat, facing the window
"you made me this way"
