"wait what?" she stood in front of me

"my water... broke."

"wait you weren't joking?"

"no?" i yelled, struggling to walk to the couch

"i'm so sorry, i had too much beer." she grabbed my arm, helping me get to the couch

"hurry up bitches, milan is crawling out." she yelled up the stairs, running to the kitchen

okay yes, she is a little dramatic

but i find it entertaining at times

she ran over to me, handing me a water bottle and tying up my hair

while cain ran past us, bringing our hospital bags to the car

"y'all are so unprepared, i had enough time to twerk on you."

"should i help her to the car?" she looked at cain, who rushed back inside

"i got it, you twerk on pregnant women." he picked me up off of the couch

"i thought she was joking." elena yelled, before cain closed the door behind us

which obviously slammed back open

and all of my brothers ran out of it

but elena trampled over them to get to her car

cain placed me in the front seat of the heated car

running to the other side

"damn, you are good under pressure."

"forced to be, or you will be giving birth on my car floor." he sped out of the driveway, making sure my seatbelt was tightened

"elena shouldn't be driving while drunk."

"she isn't drunk." i looked at him

"she twerked on you when you said your water broke."

"okay maybe she is."

hopefully dante is driving her instead

he made it to the hospital where they immediately put me in a wheelchair and rushed to a room

cain must've called them before i came

"ma'am please put this on." the nurse handed me a gown

"let me know when you're finished." she smiled, closing the curtain behind her as she left

i took off my clothes, reaching for the gown

when the curtain opened

"ma'am i'm not done." i yelled, covering my body with the gown and closing my eyes

wait why am i closing my eyes

i opened them back, and there was a man laughing

"cain"

"did i spook you?"

no, i pretended you scared me

"i didn't hear your boots at all." i continued to wrap the gown around my body

"one word.. mafia." he chuckled, waking behind me and buttoning the cloth

i sat down on the bed, pain spreading across my back

while cain gently rubbed my belly, kissing all over it

"i can't wait to meet you. I promise to spoil you and your mom."

"- and feed you candy when your mom says no. But don't tell her i said that." he whispered, draping the covers back over my stomach

"do you have a name?" the doctor asked, cleaning our baby

"Milania Monclaire Bianchi" i looked over at the crying baby

she already looks like him

i smiled, a tear running down onto the pillow

"she's beautiful" the nurse smiled, placing her on my chest

then leaving the room

i kissed her forehead, more tears running down my face

"sorry i'm a mess." i wiped my face then looked at cain

who was crying ten times harder than i was

damn, never mind

"wanna hold her?"

"please?" he bit his lip, to refrain from crying more

i gently passed the baby to him, where he gently rocked her in his arms

he held his finger out on her chest, which she grasped

"do you think she knows who i am?" he looked up at me

"do you know how many nights i've woke up to you talking to my stomach? Of course she does." i lightly laughed

taking a picture of cain holding the fragile baby

someone knocked on our door, and the nurse came in smiling

"you have visitors." she smiled, letting my brothers and elena in

elena gasped, tapping dante's arm involuntarily due to shock

"can i hold her?" dante asked, putting on hand sanitizer

"i don't think so, you're like a jumpscare. Especially for babies." i replied, holding back my laughter

"jumpscare?" he gasped, holding his hands on his chest

"yes babe, now let me see her." elena jumped up and down
