"Hey." You turn around to face Jeff and Clint who approach you and Winston in the Council Hall.
"That little boy is calmed down now but he's extremely uneasy." Jeff explains, a frown upon his face.
"So you think I could help?" You suppose thoughtfully.
"Yeah, please?" Clint asks you, flashing you a quick smile. He isn't used to being too nice but to ask for help, he gotta.
You'd kind of been waiting for this. As you wanted to approach Chuck to see how he's doing.
"Okay, I can do that." You assure them. "Is he with anyone right now?"
"Alby."
Makes sense.
"Okay, I'll be there in a second."
They appreciate that and give you a quick thanks before going off to the med-hut. You turn to Winston who seems a bit wary of this.
"You think the new Greenie will be okay to see you?" Winston asks.
You understand his concern. He's the youngest boy, and he panicked the worst when he came up from the box. You wouldn't want to stress him out any further but if he's with Alby, it might be alright.
"Well, he's gotta be." You sigh. "He's not okay right now. The least I can do is assure him, calm his nerves."
"Yeah." Winston nods. "I wish you good luck."
"Thanks." You chuckle, to which he responds with a light laugh. You turn to leave, exiting the Council hall and walking over to the Homestead.
There, you see Chuck sitting quite shaken, sitting beside Alby on one of the wooden stools. Poor Chuck, he's so scared...
