Chase Stokes and his girlfriend, Madelyn Cline are in Charleston filming season two of Outer Banks. What happens when something happens to his younger sister, Ellie.
Chases pov It's only been a couple of days since the whole argument. I still felt bad and I knew what to do to make it up to them both. "How about we take a family vacation. Tomorrow?" I suggest and Maddie looks at me like I'm crazy. "Tomorrow?" She says. "Chase do you know how long it takes to pack luggage for 5 of us?" She says and laughs. "But yeah, I'm up for it" she says smirking. "Where to?" Ellie asks. "I was looking earlier and we can get a flight to Hawaii tomorrow morning" I say. I always knew Maddie and Ellie wanted to go to Hawaii, it was their dream vacation.
"Are you serious? Yes" Maddie and Ellie both shout. I looked up hotels and we found the perfect one. An hour later, we were running around frantically trying to get everything into suitcases to leave at 6am. "You know, we're crazy but I love that for us" I say. Maddie drive to the store to pickup stuff we would need, mainly for Addie and Olivia.
The day flew by and before we knew it we were waking the kids up to go to the airport. Maddie was getting Addie sorted and I had the job of getting an excited Olivia dressed and ready to go. "Daddy. I've never been in the air before on a plane" she says, jumping up and down. "Is it scary?" She asks and I smile, "It's a little scary but it's fun" I reply and lead her to her walk in closest. "What do you want to wear, Liv?" I ask and she shrugs. "This?" I say holding up a blue sweatshirt and swearshorts to match. She nods her head and I help her change. "Wanna wear this hat and you can match daddy?" I ask and she nods excitedly. She looked so cute.
She runs down to show Mads her outfit. "Look at what Daddy chose out for me, Mommy" she says and Maddie smiles excitedly. "Oh you look so cute" she says and picks Olivia up and spins her around. "Where's Els?" I ask and Maddie shrugs, "In her bedroom I think, we need to leave now though" she says and I head up to her room. I heard her talking to Cooper on FaceTime so I knocked until she let me in. "Ready to leave, kiddo?" I ask and she nods. "I miss him Dad" she says sadly. "When we are back from Hawaii, they'll have a house here. You'll see him and Lilah all the time then" I remind her which cheers her up.
Once we checked in at the airport, we were waiting to board our flight. We took some photos for Instagram whilst we are waiting.

"Liv who do you want to sit next to?" I ask and she points to Ellie. When we boarded the flight, Ellie and Olivia sat together and me and Mads sat together, with Addie on our laps. "I'm scared El" I hear Olivia say to Ellie. "It's alright, just squeeze my hand when it's scary" she replies and Olivia squeezes her eyes shut as the plane takes off.
Ellies pov "El?" Olivia asks, she always called me El for some reason. "Yeah" I reply. "Why is mommy and daddy your mommy and daddy but not really mine?" She asks and I was confused for a minute until I realised it was because she was adopted. She didn't know about my biological parents, her grandparents technically. I didn't know what to say, I looked to Dad hoping he heard and he did luckily, he raised his eyebrows, "You're both my daughters. My real daughters" he says which makes Olivia laugh.
The flight wasn't even that long and before we know it, we were arriving at our hotel room. "There's only two double beds and a crib for Addie so are you okay with sharing with Olivia?" Mom asks me and I nod. I had no problem with that the bed with massive anyways.
"I think we should have a nap before we go swimming" Chase says, with a determined Olivia in his arms. She was clearly sleepy but she just wanted to go swimming. "No Daddy. Look, I awake" she says staring into Dads eyes.
Me and Mom just laugh, "If you say so" Dad says and when we all get dressed when head down to the pool. I made sure to wear a baggy T-shirt, it was extremely oversized but I still had cuts and bruises from when I got jumped even though it was last week. When everyone was going to go swimming, I shook my head. "I'll pass this time" I say and Mom looks at me confused. "You take Olivia and Addie in, I'll join you in a minute. Make sure to not let go of Addie!" Mom says and takes a seat on another sun lounger so she's facing me.
"You love swimming" she says and I nod. "I just don't feel like it right now" I say, trying not to show how badly I wanted to be swimming. I was far too insecure of not only my body, but the cuts and bruises all over me. People would just stare. "Why? Are you on your period or something?" She asks genuinely confused. I shake my head. "Oh. Is it because of the bruises and cuts?" She asks, suddenly realising. I hesitate but then I nod.
"Els you don't need to be insecure. People won't stare" she says but I shaker my head, "They will though Mom" I say back. "They won't. Just try it, if they do you can put it back on" she suggests and I trust her so I take the oversized T-shirt off and climb in the pool with her, joining Dad and my sisters.
We did play in the pool for an hour but now we were sat on the sun loungers.
I was just sitting on my phone, texting Cooper when Olivia climbs on me. "Why hello there. What do you need?" I say laughing at the unexpected greeting. "Cuddles" she says sleepily and lies on top of me, cuddling into me. Mom looks and says awh meanwhile I just laugh and wrap my arms around my little sister.
"You can sleep if you want" I say and she shakes her head. "Selfie" she says and we take a few and then she rests her head on my shoulder and falls asleep. I was basically trapped because if I moved her she would wake up.
