Ch: 12

𝐄𝐢𝐣𝐢'𝐬 𝐏𝐎𝐕 (𝟐 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐬 𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫)

I was standing in front of the New York Public Library, I was with, Blanca, Max, Sing, Alex, Bones, Kong, Cain, and Yut-Lung. 

"Ok, you guys will hide when Ash gets here." I said. When I said that I got a text from Ash saying he was around the corner from the front of the library. 

"Ash is coming! Hide!" I yelled. And they did so, Max ran behind a lion and so did the others. When they finished piling themselves behind the two lions I saw Ash walking towards me,

"What's up Eiji?" He asked. 

"Hey." I said, my voice cracked. Ash smiled awkwardly. 

"Did you make me walk here for no reason?" He asked. 

"No I didn't. I called you here because I have an important question to ask you." I said. 

"Well go on." Ash said. 

"Okay." I cleared my throat roughly. "9 years ago when I met you I didn't think we'd be friends let alone date. We went through hell together ." I got down on one knee,

"Will you make it to heaven with me..." I pulled out a ring box and opened it. "And be my husband." Ash nodded and laughed. 

"Yes?!" I asked and stood up. 

"Yes!" Ash yelled and nodded again. 

"Yes!" Everyone yelled and jumped out. Ash looked at all of them with a surprised look on his face,

"You idiots were here the whole time?!" He yelled at them. I hugged Ash,

"They were, I brought them here." I said. Ash hugged me back and held his hand out.

"Put that ring on my finger Eiji." He said. I laughed and did what he said. 

𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧: 𝐘𝐞𝐚𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐫𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐚𝐥 𝐦𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐦𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐞, 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐲? 𝐂𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐈 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐢𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐬

"Now what?" Ash asked. "I wanna go home." I jumped on Aslan's back and hugged his neck. 

"Now let's go home." I said. 

"We're driving, I'm not walking home with you on my back." Ash said. I jumped off his back,

"Okay." I said, turning to the others I asked,

"Would one of you mind driving us home?"

"I don't mind driving you guys." Blanca said. 

"Thanks Blanca." I said and looked at Aslan,

"Sure." He said. "See you all later, I'M ENGAGED!" He yelled then squealed and hugged me. 

𝐀𝐬𝐡'𝐬 𝐏𝐎𝐕

Blanca was driving us back to the mansion and I was sitting in the front seat twisting the engagement ring on my finger. 

"Excited?" Blanca asked me. 

"Yeah." I said looking down and smiling. 

"I remember when I first met you Ash." Blanca said. 

"Oh my god, I almost forgot. That day was horrific, you mentioned baseball and saw me in a vulnerable state right after that stupid math teacher got all up on me." I said making dramatic hand gestures. 

"I saw you even more vulnerable after I found you in that creepy old hotel right after Marvin left." Blanca added,

"Right, I almost forgot about that crusty fat old white man." I said. "I'm glad he's dead even though I didn't kill him, I would've though, he killed Skipper and was part of the reason why my childhood was hell."  

"Why are you talking about Marvin?" Eiji asked from the back seat.

"Blanca brought him up okay Eiji!" I said getting irritated.

"Can we talk about something nice, not one of my *busers. Please and thank you." I said. 

"Uhh." Eiji started. "What should we plan for the wedding first?"

"Invitations." I said. 

"Am I coming?" Blanca asked enthusiastically.

"Don't be stupid, of course you are." I said. 

𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐚𝐲 (𝟏𝟎:𝟎𝟎 𝐚𝐭 𝐧𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭)  

The kids were all in there rooms and me and Eiji were alone in the gigantic living room. 

"I'm still not used to this house." Eiji said and pushed his glasses back up his nose looking around, I laughed. 

"You've been really happy today." Eiji said to me. I rocked back and forth on the couch,

"Well of course I'm happy. I'm engaged to the love of my life." I said and held my arms out. Eiji got the memo and walked over and hugged me. I fell sideways on purpose so now me and Eiji were laying on the couch. Eiji turned around and faced me,

"Hi." I said and giggled. 

"Hi." Eiji said, he wrapped his arms around me and put his face in the crook of my neck. 

"I love you Aslan." He said. 

"I love you too Eiji, I'm excited for our wedding." I said and kissed Eiji on the cheek.
