"She's getting worse. I think she's dying. It's got to be some kind of mercury poisoning. Scott, remember what you promised me. You said you'd do everything you could to save her. If she's a real werewolf, we can save her. You gotta give her the bite." Liam pleads with Scott as Hayden and Jules have trouble breathing.
"No." Scott exhales keeping his eyes on his younger sister. "What do you mean, "No?" Liam asks angrily. "Liam, look at her. She's too weak. It will kill her. We don't even know what the mercury's doing to her. We don't even know if it is actually mercury. This can't be the only way to save her life." Scott explains to him as Liam becomes more and more angry. "It saved mine." Liam tries to rebuttal.
"You know, that was different. You were hanging off a ledge." Scott tells him. "You promised. You said you'd do everything you could." Liam says to him. "Which is why I'm not going to do something I think is going to kill her. There has to be...there has to..." Scott says as he begins to wheeze. "Scott." Theo calls out as he throws Scott his inhaler. "There's another way to save her." Scott finishes.
"Guys, I don't know what the statistics are for surviving a werewolf bite, but she's definitely not surviving this. And Hayden isn't the only one getting worse." Theo says as he looks at Jules and Hayden's worsening condition.
"We need to do something."

"Okay. What's that?" Liam asks as Melissa grabs different equipment she brought from the hospital. "It's called chelation therapy. It removes heavy metals from the blood. But, the problem is, is that can injure the kidneys and Hayden only has one to begin with, so..." Melissa explains as she begins to stick a needle into Haydens arm. "Hey, you're hurting her." Liam says grabbing tightly onto her arm. "And you're hurting me." Melissa says as she begins to stick a needle in Jules' arm next.
"Sorry." Liam tells her. "Hey, guys...remember, we're here to save a life. Not kill each other." Theo says to them. "It's the full moon. We can feel it even during the day. And it's a Supermoon." Scott says to the group. "What is that supposed to make you guys, like super strong? Super aggressive?" Melissa asks as she looks down at Jules. Almost wanting to cry as she could see her daughter in writhing pain. " Both." Scott says to her as he walks out with Theo to let his Mom do her thing.
"Oh Jules." She says as she moves Jules' hair out of her face. "It's okay Mom, it doesn't even hurt anymore." Jules says lying through her teeth, closing her eyes in pain as she squeezes Bretts hand. "You don't have to lie Jules, I promise I'll do everything I can to save you." Melissa tells her as Jules looks up at her, not wanting her mother to see her like this. "It's not working, is it?" Liam says as he sees their conditions worsening.
"They should be showing signs of improvement." Melissa says as she begins to check Hayden again. "Hayden?" Melissa says as Hayden begins to gasp. "Call Val, my sister, Valerie." Hayden pleads with them. "She's a deputy." Liam adds. "I think I might know where she is. Theo just texted me about the high school. He said there's cops everywhere. Might be another Chimera." Scott explains to them.
