Alana and Sam arrived at Wellington Heights thirty five minutes later, with the fact that traffic had built up slightly. They walked through the tinted blue glass doors. A woman near the door in a blue suit and knee length blue skirt questioned them. "Excuse me, this building is only for rising authors. Unless you are here to sign up for writing lessons, I'll have to ask you to leave. What are your names? I don't recognize you." She said. "My name is-um...." Alana glanced around the room. Her eyes first fell upon a Venus Fly Trap, and next moved to the blue tiles on the floor. "My name is Venus Biles, I'm new here." She responded. Sam caught on and did the same. "I'm new as well, my name is......" He looked across the room at a Granite Desk, and next looked to the blue tint doors they had just entered.. "My name is Granisk Bintoors." His seemed much less realistic and also sounded much like a pile of rubbish, though the lady responded well. "Very well, please take the elevator to the third floor to gain access to the Writers' Office." She said as she skeptically watched them cross the floor to the elevator. Alana and Sam stepped inside and instead hit the basement button. The elevator slowly counted down. 10,9,8,7,6.....3, 2, 1, B. They reached the basement, they stepped out as the door slowly opened. The basement was large and painted white. There were ten shelves full of old equipment, seven boxes stacked a top one another with "Extras" written across it, and seven cage-like rooms filled with old junk. "Grace?! Are you down here?" Alana yelled. No answer. "Grace?! It's Sam and Alana, we've come to save you!" There was a few seconds silence. There was a slight sound sort of like a quiet gasp, like sobbing. "Sam, did you hear that? It sounded like someone crying." "Yeah.... I think it came from the second storage cage thing." Sam and Alana ran to the second cage and searched for keys near it. Looking around the room hurriedly, Sam spotted a set of seven keys hanging on a cork board on the farthest wall. He sprinted towards it and grabbed the jangling keys. Once he arrived back at the cage again, he grabbed the second key from the left and stuck it in the key hole. The cage door unlocked and Alana and Sam started rummaging through the junk. After digging through piles of junk about five feet deep, sitting at the farthest left corner of the cage was Grace. She sat in the very corner, her head between her knees, sobbing deeply. "Grace? It's me Alana. I know it's probably been horrible, we're calling the police on Mark, please.....come with us." Alana said. After this statement Alana noticed that Grace's foot was stuck under a refrigerator. Her and Sam pulled as hard as they could and pulled it off. "You need immediate medical attention Grace!" Said Alana. Sam and Alana helped Grace up, who could barely walk as she sobbed. They walked across the basement until they reached the elevator. They got in the elevator and pushed 1. Grace did not speak, she was in shock. The numbers slowly counted up until finally they reached the first floor, They stepped out of the elevator and carefully walked Grace to the car and let her in. Sam pulled out quickly and headed for Oak Parks Hospital for the Injured. They had to be quick, Grace's foot was injured horribly......and as she sat, it seemed to worsen.
