Alana called Sam nineteen times, and no answer every time it went to voicemail. "Hey, it's Sam. I can't answer the phone right now, so please leave a message." It said. All nineteen times Alana left a voicemail. She realized that there was only one way to reach Sam, to go to his house. Alana ran out the door and drove to Sam's house.
"Hell-oooh.....why are you here?!" Sam yelled, caught off guard as he answered the door. "I'm here to tell you that Grace got angry at me and she lied about me. I really like you, and I want another chance." Alana said. "And how do I know that you're not lying? That you actually like me?" Sam said. "Because I have proof, and I'm going to show you by calling Grace." Alana pulled out her phone and began to punch in Grace's number. "Hey Grace, I'm here with Sam. Can you tell him that you were just angry and that you didn't mean what you said?" She asked. "What are you talking about? I meant EVERY word I said."Grace answers. "Grace? What's wrong with you? You sound horrible, and you told me that you lied because you were upset about Mark." Alana said. "This is Mark. Grace is trapped somewhere you'll never find her. That's right. I took Grace, but there's no way you will ever reach her!" Alana gasped. Sam looked worried and apologized. They had to work as a team to find her. "You get one clue....just one! But it will never be enough to find her." Mark said. "We want to clue, now!" Alana said. "To find this friend you call Grace, seek somewhere you find Red Lace." He said. Then he hung up and left the clue hanging in the air. Alana and Sam got in the car and drove. "Let's start at local shoe stores, they have shoes, different colored laces, and who knows what kind of spots someone could be hidden in."Sam says.
