Trigger Warnings: None that I can think of
"Have you guys noticed the problem child?" Aizawa asks, sitting on the bench with Midnight and Present Mic while watching over the class train together. The other two teachers look at him, confused.
"Which one?" Midnight asks.
"Midoriya."
"I haven't." Present Mic starts, "I haven't even noticed anything off with him? So, what do you mean?"
Aizawa sighs, "He's always helping others, but he never helps himself. He is always running around and using his time to help the others. Watch him after training." The others nod and eventually training ends. Everyone heads to the sidelines to grab a drink of water.
Mina shouts, "Shoot! I forgot my water bottle." Deku rushes up to her, out of breath and sweaty.
"Here, Mina, you can take my water. I don't need it that much."
"Are you sure?"
Deku nods happily, "Of course!" He then rushes off to the changing room, coming back out in his school uniform.
Present Mic sighs, "Babe, it looks like he was just being nice."
"You've only seen one thing of it. Watch him for the next week, then you'll see."
The next day, Saturday
Deku sits in the common room, reading whatever book was available to him at the time. Present Mic and Midnight are by the entrance, talking about school and things when shouting is heard. The four already in the common room look up, seeing Ojiro and Sero arguing. Deku sets his book down and pulls out the one earbud he had in, walking up to the arguing couple.
"Woah! What's wrong guys?" He asks, trying to calm them down.
"Sero is accusing me of something, but he won't even tell me what!" Ojiro says, pointing at Sero.
Deku looks to Sero, "What's wrong? What is Ojiro doing?"
"He's cheating on me!" Sero shouts.
Ojiro looks offended, "I'm cheating! You're the one that never spends time with me." The two burst out into an argument again. Deku tries to calm them down, but his voice is drowned out.
Finally, Deku raises his voice slightly, "Guy! Stop!" The couple stops fighting and looks at him, "Sero why do you say Ojiro is cheating on you?"
Sero sighs, "Because he's always training with other guys in our class, and he seems super friendly with them."
"Okay. Ojiro, what's your say on this?"
"Sero is always running around with the 'BakuSquad' and it always seems like he never has time for me because 'the squad is going to the arcade today' or 'sorry babe, I'm going to hang out with Kami and Mina' he never spends time with me."
"So what about the training with people?"
"I've taken up a habit of training with Shoji and Tokoyami whenever Sero is with his friends, because they don't mind if I train with them and I have nothing to do. Sero literally cancelled one of our dates because he was going out with his friends. I had been planning that date for three weeks." Deku looks between them in consideration.
"Okay, so I think I understand what's going on." He turns to Sero, "You are too focused with your friends that you aren't spending time with Ojiro, then you become paranoid and jump to conclusions when you see him with Tokoyami and Shoji, Ojiro is just friendly. It's his personality." He turns to Ojiro, "And I feel like you aren't talking to Sero enough. By the look on his face, you haven't told him how you felt. So, I would suggest a nice long date where you two just catch up and talk things out. Being truthful with eachother." He smiles, looking between them, "I can tell you two really love eachother. It's obvious you two were meant to be, every couple has their fights but couples that really love each other, couples that are meant to be can get past those and grow better." Sero and Ojiro both nod. They promise to plan a date and to go on one. A few minutes later they head back to one of their rooms and Deku sits back down.
