Trigger Warnings: Heartbreak, swearing, talk of suicide and talk of murder
This was based off a mini thing I found somewhere but I don't remember where and from who, so I'm sorry.

"Deku have you ever found your soulmate?" Uraraka asks, dragging Bakugo with her while talking to her friend. Deku looks up at his friend shocked at the question. No one, not even Bakugo, has EVER asked about his soulmate or family life. They all know it's a touchy subject just because of the way he acted when it was first even mentioned.

The brunette sighs, "I know you don't like talking about it, but you have to open up about it eventually." Deku just sighs knowing that she wont give up until she gets an answer. He pinches the bridge of his nose and figures out how to phrase his next words.

"I have. But they don't love me." He just mutters. Both Bakugo and Uraraka are caught off guard. Even though she asked about it, Uraraka never expected to get an answer.

"W-what do you mean?"

"I know who they are. I've known for a while. I never wanted to tell them to see if they loved me for me not because we're soulmates, but they don't love me." He looks at Uraraka, directly into her eyes, "I, growing up, always fantasized about how meeting my soulmate would be so amazing. They'd love me just as much as I knew I'd like them. But they didn't love me." He just shrugs and continues walking, "But they meant a lot to me, hence why I don't talk about them. I'll just let it go." His friend and her ash blonde boyfriend just stare in shock. Deku knows that no matter how much Uraraka loves him, Bakugo is probably only dating her to spite Deku knowing that Deku used to like her (he never did, but it still hurts for reasons).

"When the fuck did you meet your goddamn soulmate nerd?" Bakugo snaps.

Deku just smiles, "A long while back, not like you cared enough to notice." The teen just leaves it at that, power walking away from the two immediately afterwards. Uraraka just watches as he disappears up the stairs.

She turns to Bakugo, "I shouldn't have asked. I know it's a touchy subject, but I mean hey, I got some more information but I don't like how vague he was being." She sighs, "Whoever broke his heart, I'm going to kill them." Bakugo just rolls his eyes. Never once in his life did Deku talk about his soulmate, or anything about his family/life that he didn't already know about. The truth is, Bakugo barely knows anything about the Behind The Scenes of Deku's smile.

With Deku

Deku just rushes up the stairs, passing his classmates and friends but just ignoring them. He wipes the tears that threaten to fall, being on the verge of a nervous breakdown. Eventually, he pushes the heavy metal doors to the roof open. As soon as the fresh air hits his face, he calms down. Stepping out and closing the doors, the boy walks to the edge and sits there, trying to stop his body from shaking.

He cant help but subconsciously look down at the red grenade tattoo that rests on his left wrist. The tattoo that no on has ever seen because he covers up in the most creative way. Not only the tattoo but also the beautiful tattoo that rests on his soulmates wrist immediately told him that they were soulmates.

"I wonder what they think their tattoo resembles." Deku ponders, kicking the building with his heels. He looks into the sky remembering the blue-green lightning bolt on his soulmates right wrist.

Back with Bakugo

"Bakugo!" Iida's voice calls from the stairs. The ash blonde reluctantly stops with Uraraka for his girlfriend's friend. He turns around and sees both Iida and Kaminari walking up to them.

"What do you want four eyes?"

"What did you do to Midobro?" Kaminari asks.

"What the fuck do you mean?"
