Third Person POV

Irene watched as Acnologia gave one final blow to the Fire Dragon King in the form of a Dragon's Roar.

'It seems that right now, is the best time to interfere.' Irene thought to herself.

Turning into her Dragon form, Irene rushed towards Acnologia, and collided with the Dragon King.

He fell down, leaving a crater beneath him.

Acnologia growled at Irene, before turning into his human form, as did she as well.

"I have no business with you, begone." Acnologia told her dismissively, though Irene only ignored his statement.

"You're quite the menacing figure." She commented.

"You know who I am, yet you still dare to stand in my way." He states.

"I do. Oh, Black Dragon of the Apocalypse." Irene says mockingly, causing Acnologia to narrow his eyes.

The wind blew as the both of them stared intensely at each other.

"Perhaps you'll provide me with the slightest bit of entertainment." He says, causing the Scarlet haired mage to smirk.

"I most certainly hope that I make a good first impression." She replied.

"Let us begin our dance." Irene said, a shadow casted over her face as the tip of her staff glowed a bright red.

Acnologia's eyes widened, a red ball of energy clashed against his body, whilst his feet embedded into the ground.

"An atmospheric enchantment… How interesting…" The bluenette commented.

He was effortlessly brushed off the attack, dispelling the enchantment.

Her staff glowed once again, as there was a large crater in the ground, sending Acnologia back.

"I see… so, you're one who can use your power on anything you desire…" Acnologia said, looking up with a toothy smirk. "A rare high enchanter." He finished.

"You're correct." She answered.

He raised his hand, whilst the ground beneath her glowed a bright yellow, as a yellow beam shot out of it.

Luckily, Irene managed to dodge the attack, keeping her composure.

'I know that he is definitely stronger than me, but if I can hold him off for a little while, it would give me enough time to cast the enchantment. That way, he will be unable to cause any more damage than what he has already done.' She thought inwardly.

"You're indeed a powerful woman. Dare I say, better than that pathetic Black Wizard." He complimented.

"Is that so? Very well then, for I shall take such praise. Though I will say, you're indeed powerful as well." Irene replied.

"I have also heard quite a lot about your ability… I can see why Zeref fears you." She commented.

"Ha! So the sad Black Wizard does fear me… Honestly, does he really think I will ever leave you pathetic humans alone?" Acnologia questions.

"Oh? Are you forgetting your origins? If I remember correctly, you were once a pathetic human yourself, right?" Irene asked mockingly, causing the Apocalyptic Dragon to glare at her, letting out a low growl.

Irene then let out a sigh, before a shadow cast over her face.

"Still, it would be much better for me, if you did not interfere any further." She said, causing Acnologia to quirk a brow.

"And if I do not comply?" He asked tauntingly with a smirk.

Irene looked up, giving him a death stare.

"Then your survival will not be guaranteed." She said, knowing that she stood no chance, but Irene knew she would have to come up with something a year from now.

The bottom of her staff glowed, whilst a glowing red aura poured out everywhere. Irene finally decided it would be best to use Universe One.

Acnologia looked down, with a look of surprise.

"What spell is this? I've never seen anything of the sort." He commented.

"Of course you haven't, for this is a spell of a new era, and it never existed during your heyday 400 years ago." Irene explained.

"This power… have you actually enchanted the ground beneath our very feet?" Acnologia asked.

"Indeed. And it stretches over the entire kingdom." She replied.

Acnologia looked towards her.

"Tell me, who are you?" He asked.

"My name is Irene, till we meet again, Acnologia."

The red aura enveloped her, as she finally disappeared, along with everything else.

A/N: I apologize that this chapter is so short, but I have been really busy with school and everything else.

I know some of you may have wanted a cool fight, but I decided to hold it off.

I hope you all have a wonderful day.
