LISA'S POV

Once school finally let out, Jennie and Chaeyoung, and I met up in the parking lot then quickly loaded up in our vehicles and headed to my house where we would wait for my parents to get off work

"So when we tell your parents and take the evidence to the station, do you think they'll do anything to send Steven to jail?" Jennie asked while sitting next to me on the couch

"I don't know"

"Well, I sure hope they do. I mean those guys may be lazy and stupid, but they should be smart enough to realize how important this is to do something" Chaeyoung said sitting in a chair to the right of us

"I hope you're right" Jennie sighed

It wasn't long before both my parents got home and came walking through the door. Once they were putting their things away they walked into the living room where we were sitting

"You guys are quiet," my mom said with a raised brow. "Did something happen?"

Chaeyoung got up from her seat and took the keys out of her pocket, "We found the keys. The ones that were missing from the crime scene"

My mom covered her mouth as tears started rolling down her cheek. My dad walked over to Chaeyoung going to grab them but she stopped him, "It's probably not a good idea to touch without gloves"

"Yeah you're probably right" He sighed putting his hands down. He then headed to the kitchen and walked back with keys in his hand

"Let's head to the station now!"

We all exited my house and loaded up the car to go down to the police station

Once we got there my parents like last time barged right into the station and demanded to talk to the sheriff

He came walking out slowly and sighed, "What is it now? Are you here to show me more drawings?" He asked while muffling a laugh

My dad started walking towards him probably angry but was stopped by my mother

"Sheriff we have evidence that Steven is the one who hurt Lisa," Chaeyoung said pulling out the keys. "See these are the keys"

The sheriff signaled for someone to get him gloves and once he got them he put them on and grabbed the keys to look at them

"If you look closely you can see some blood" Chaeyoung said pointing at a small bloodstain

The sheriff looked at her then the keys. "I do see the blood and before we can do anything we're going to have to run some tests. It shouldn't take more than a day to get results. Once we do we will contact you and get ahold of the suspect"

He then grabbed an evidence bag and placed the keys in it then told another officer to take it to the back and have someone get it examined

"Look I don't care how you got the keys as long as you didn't do anything illegal to get them. Just next time don't come barging in here and causing a ruckus" the Sheriff said

"We won't," Chaeyoung said. The sheriff smiled and then walk away

We all went home where we waited the rest of the day and the next day. Jennie, Chaeyoung, and I missed school and my parents did the same. They called these jobs, explaining the situation so they wouldn't have to go in today

It was around 6 at night when we got a call. My dad ran to the phone and answered it. The call didn't last long. My dad walked into the living room and grinned

"They said they confirmed it was Steven's fingerprints on the keys along with Lisa's blood. They're on their way to arrest him and a few of the boys that were with him"
