Mai strolled lazily towards you, twirling her gun around her slender, index finger, her other hand resting on her hip and an irritating smirk stretched across her thin, pale lips. Amusement was written all over the girl's face while yours was overshadowed by fury and a hint of sadness from your earlier interaction with Yuji.
"My my, (Y/N). Why so hostile? I only want to have a chat with you. Where does all this aggressiveness come from? Don't tell me that monster that wants to be called human has an effect on you" the girl mused as you clenched your fists tightly, and a shadow was cast upon your once glimmering eyes.
"Leave him out of this. Don't you even think going near him or I swear I will kill you with my own two hands. You and your whole squad thought we wouldn't figure out you want to kill him? Tch, pathetic" you spat at her bitterly as the girl chuckled, tugging a strand of her onyx locks behind her ear as a light shade of pink covered her cheeks.

You ran full speed at her, twisting your spear in the air a few times, while Mai raised her gun, aiming at you.
