Your eyes snapped open as you gasped for air, squeezing your throat in pain as you slowly sat up, your hands weakly supporting you and pushing you off the ground.
"Now you know what your parents were. Two sinners that only served as filth to this world" her sickening voice reached your ears as you abruptly turned around to meet the black haired woman, standing a few feet behind you.
"What you just saw was some of your mother's memories...of the day when her and your father massacred an entire village, just to get rid off some special-grade cursed spirits" she mused in a creepy, high-pitched voice, as her grin stretched from one ear to the other.
Your eyes were wide in terror and shock, your mouth left agape by her words. While the information slowly sunk in, you just stood there, not moving a single muscle, your chest shuddering, aching with every breath you took. A distant ringing in your ears was all you seemed to be able to hear along with your erratic breaths, as you clutched a hand over your chest, tightly squeezing the fabric of your white top.
"You...you liar...you killed them" you snapped at her with a low voice, your eyes wide as you stood up slowly, an overwhelming amount of cursed energy surrounding your body, making Kiyohime's wide smile falter the tinniest bit.
"You killed them... And have the nerve to act like they are at fault... When all they were trying to do was save human lives that you put in danger!" you yelled, your voice almost cracking as you sprinted towards the woman. She was caught off guard by your sudden outburst and speed that she didn't even have enough time to react and dodge the incoming punch, your fist colliding with her jaw harshly and sending her flying back and crashing on a tree.
She weakly stood up, wiping the black substance that stained the corner of her mouth, but before she even had a chance to look at you, she received yet another punch in the diaphragm, making her double over in pain.
She jumped back, trying to create some distance between the two of you, but you easily closed the gap, running yet again towards her. You kept sending multiple hits at her direction, the woman only being able to block and dodge the attacks while backing off, little by little.
Another harsh punch in her gut made her body fly back, her feet gliding across the dirt as she stood up, a good ten feet distance between the two of you.
"Alright, that's enough" she growled angrily as her hair started floating once again. You made a run for it, grabbing the cursed tool that laid on the ground, as you got into a fight stance, smirking down creepily at the woman.
