"Really Shawn? Can't you just stay home for one day? I barely see you this is honestly such bullshit, I'm getting sick of it." Shawn and you were arguing again, it seemed that it was all we did lately. You loved that Shawn was so passionate about his music and he loved what he did, but you never saw him anymore because he was always gone working on a new song.

"What do you want me to do Nele, just quit? I have fans I can't just disappoint them. Maybe if you actually understood that this is what I do to make money to keep you happy. And it's not like you do anything to help out at all Nele. I'm all alone here so sorry that I have to work in order to buy you stupid shit." He spit out with venom in his voice. That hurt, you didn't have a job because Shawn didn't want you to have to work and go to school at the same time. It's not like you hadn't offered to help out before, he just insisted that you only focus on school because he makes enough to support the both of you. You felt tears brim your eyes. You were so done with the constant fighting it was ruining your relationship. You run past Shawn out of your shared bedroom where you two had been arguing to the front door. Quickly, you put on some boots and a jacket and go out into the cold snowy landscape outside. You start walking having no destination set when you hear the door slam shut and hear the crunching of the snow behind you.

"Please just go away Shawn. You've already made it clear that I'm useless so I'm leaving. Isn't that what you wanted anyway?" You had tears running down your face. You felt like an idiot you always managed to mess everything up somehow. It hurt because you truly loved Shawn and you hated that your relationship was falling apart. You look up to face Shawn and see the look of regret on his face. He comes closer to you and pulls you into his tight embrace pushing your head onto his chest. You two stand there for a moment just listening to each others breaths. Shawn pulls you back and looks you in the eyes.

"Nele, I shouldn't have said any of that I am so sorry. You're not useless at all, I'm just an idiot who doesn't know how to shut up. I love you so much and I don't know what I'd do if I lost you. I'm not gonna go in today and I'm going to make it up to you by spending all day with you." You sniffle and finally smile. He was making an effort and that's all that mattered to you.

"Shawn I love you too. Can we go home now though I can't feel my hands anymore it's freezing out here." You giggle and Shawn grabs a hold of your hand and you two walk back inside your house.

"Nele, your hands are freezing babe." He grabs your hands again and brings them to his face and blows on them with his warm breath instantly warming them up. "Babe why don't you go start a movie and I'll go get us some hot cocoa?" You nod and head toward your living room and look through your movies finally deciding on the first Harry Potter. You start up the movie just as Shawn walks into the room. You laugh when you see Shawn's face light up when he realizes what movie you put in.

"Babe you know me so well. Maybe we should just have a Harry Potter marathon and cuddle all day." He gives you his signature smirk and hands you your hot cocoa.

"Sounds like a plan Shawn." He sits down next to you on the coach and puts his arm around you.

"I love you more than anything Nele. Forever and always baby." He then connects your lips to his and gives you the sweetest kiss. The butterflies explode in your stomach and you smile realizing that you have found your other half.
