Jack Gilinsky Part 1

Camping

"Damn it's so fucking cold in here" Meg, my best friend yelled while she rubbed her hands against her arms. I laughed and nodded while I held the blanket tighter around me, it was actually freezing.
"You are so exaggerated ladies, is not that cold" Gilinsky exclaimed while he sat right in front of me. Meg, Gilinsky, Johnson, a couple of friends and I had decided to go camping but apparently we couldn't have picked a better time to come.
"Yeah, you can't stand a thing" Johnson said while he chuckled
"But if you are that cold, we can prepare a bonfire" Jack said raising his eyebrows. I quickly nodded, making him stand up and go fetch something from the car. He returned with his hands full of wood and sticks. He, Johnson and the other boys arranged them all together forming a pile and threw a match in the middle of it. Quickly enough, the whole thing was burning, radiating warmth and comfort.
We all sat around it forming a circle, and before I could say anything, Jack sat right next to me. I shivered as I felt how his arm lightly touched mine. I had always had a small crush on him, of course nobody knew, only my best friend, who winked at me when I looked up. The thing was that he was so hot and so nice; I just couldn't handle it. And the fact that he was sitting right next to me, his cologne filling my nostrils, made him even more attractive, if that was even possible.
"You okay now?" he said scratching his neck, I turned to him and smiled widely
"Yeah, thanks for lighting that up, I was freezing"
"It's nothing"
"I was going to freeze to death literally" he chuckled loudly and rolled his eyes
"Good thing I'm here then"
"I guess so" I grinned.
He then stared at me intently for a couple of seconds, I blushed slightly but I guessed he wasn't able to see it because of the dark. Luckily, Johnson spoke up breaking the, at least for me, awkward staring.
"Okay guys listen to me"
Jack giggled and flashed a smile at me before Jack J started his speech. "We are playing something, because I'm really damn bored and the beer is over, okay?"
We all nodded, "What are we playing?" I asked
"Hide and seek" he paused "in the woods"
I saw how Meg's face turned white from desperation, "Are you insane? Do you know what things are in there? I'm staying here, there's no way in hell I'm playing"
"Yeah it's kind of creepy" I exclaimed.
"You fucking pussies" another guy friend shouted laughing, "It's always the same with you"
"Ok, let's do it but in pairs, so it's less 'creepy' for the ladies" Gilinsky said repeating my expression while he stood up. He automatically looked at me but I looked away, kind of nervous of his proximity to me this past hour.
"Deal" I said after some second of silence while I looked at Johnson, who just nodded and pointed at Meg, "You are coming with me" she just nodded and walked to where he was. Soon enough, everyone was paired up except for me, and well, Jack.
"So, I guess we are together" he whispered into my ear, being as flirty as he always was with me.
"I guess so," I whispered back, trying to copy the seductive tone of voice he used. He grinned widely.
"So here are the rules" Johnson said, "It's pretty simple actually, all pairs hide somewhere within the wood limits while one pair looks for them. The pair has to find everyone before 30 minutes are over, if not they have a dare. And if they do find them all, the first pair to be found is the one to suffer a dare. Flashlights are allowed. Are we clear?" we all nodded.
"We volunteer to go first," Meg announced receiving some surprised looks from everyone.
"Okay then, we'll count to 100, starting now" they covered their faced and started counting out loud. Before I could react, Jack grabbed my hand and started running inside the forest. I turned on the flashlight we were sharing to at least see something and not fall down or smash my face against a tree.
We suddenly stopped in what seemed like the middle of the fucking woods, if I wasn't mistaken. "Damn you are fast," I told him while I tried to recover my breath. "Where are we hiding?
"Here" he grinned while he lead me to our supposed hiding place. We walked some meters until we reached a... cave, oh yeah a fucking dark creepy cave.
"You know there's no way in hell I'm getting in there"
"Oh come on y/n, don't be a pussy" he chuckled and held my hand, he leaned in and whispered, "I'll be right here"
I sighed and followed him inside. We sat down behind a pretty big rock, which blocked the view of us from anyone who stood outside of the cave.
"They will never find us here and a pack of wolfs will come and eat us and they won't be able to find our dead bodies, you do realize that, right?" I said quickly. He laughed and covered my mouth with his warm hand. His body was practically leaning against mine, sending chills down my spine and everywhere else for that matter.
"You are so cute when you are nervous" he whispered while he placed a loch of my hair behind my ear, slowly ran his fingers along my neck and lightly deposited a kiss in my shoulder. God dammit Gilinsky.
