You were sure the texts and calls went through, did he receive them? You shake your head panicky, walking around your bedroom. 'Where was he?' you thought repetitively. You decided to call him again, maybe add to the other 15 messages you left him. You hear the sound of ringing, hoping he'd pick up, however you knew he wouldn't. It was hopeless.

You hear the beep, taking a deep breath. "Hey Shawn, it's y/n...again. I just wanted to know if you're okay." You say pondering in thought of what else you should say, if he ever got them. "I haven't seen you since you came back from magcon...call me back, I love you..." you say as you lastly click the red button on your phone. You sigh again, packing some clothes. You folded them neatly, putting them in your bag. You did so, incase you were staying the night, hoping he was even home...it was worth a try.

You carried the cookies you made hours ago, his favorite kind too. Only two minutes away from his house, you smelt the aroma of the cookies, as the breeze blew softly in your face. You check your phone continuously, even his twitter. He hasn't tweeted much, his fans were worried. Some even tweeted at you, wondering if he was okay...you wish you knew.
"I hope he's okay." You think to yourself over and over. You finally reach to his house, unlocking the door with the key he gave you. "Shawn?" you say sounding the whole house. You knew his parents were already at work, while his sister was at school. You walk up the stairs, gliding your hair on the railing. You walk up with enough pace as you hear breathing his room; it was him.
"Thank god." You say feeling a sign of relief. "Shawn, I missed you." You start to say as you enter the room. There he was, sleeping peacefully. He opened his eyes seeing you. "y/n!" he says somewhat starting to panic. "I brought you cookies!" you smile walking over to him with the plate in your hand.
You then saw a figure moving next to him. "Hm? Shawn who is..." the voice says pulling the cover away from their face. It was a girl, you never saw before.
You started to back away in disgust looking at Shawn's face. "I can't believe..." you start to say, immediately dropping the plate. You felt the cookies crash upon your feet. You couldn't finish your sentence, it was too humiliating. "Y/n!" he shouts again as you storm out of the room. You felt tears instantly rolling down your face as he runs after you. You start walking faster and faster. "y/n, I can explain." He says pulling on your hand. You snatch it back slamming the door behind you. You felt the cold breeze again, this time harder.
The sky was dark, foggy, everything was ruined. You wiped off the tears from your face as you started to walk away. Asshole. You say to yourself, over and over. You didn't even want to think about it.
You ignore the texts and calls from him. You start to hear the thundering in the sky, it started to roar at you. You began running back for him, feeling the raindrops fall. You were getting wet, soaked actually. You didn't care anymore, you didn't care about anything.

You reach for home as fast as you can, falling to the floor. You started to burst in tears watching yourself in the mirror. You continued until it felt like no tears were left.

Reaching your hand in the box, you felt one more tissue left. You used up the whole box this whole afternoon. You sigh as you watch the sad love movies on your TV screen, gorging on the ice cream you had. You felt soft tears roll to your cheeks occasionally. You turned your phone off; you didn't need to deal with any other bullshit. You then heard a knock on the door. "No." you respond knowing the door was going to open anyways. It was your mother. She looked at you with sorrow in her eyes; "Honey, Shawn's here." She announces. "Tell him I'm dead." You say sarcastically, taking another bite of your ice cream. Moments later, he walked in your room. He frowned, looking sad, and devastated. You felt no pity. "What do you want." You say harshly. He pulls up a chair next to you, keeping his distance. "Y/n, I'm sorry."
You don't respond, you needed to know what he was going to say. You put your carton next to your bed as you get up with him besides you. "I made a mistake...I can't explain why or how. I don't want to lose you." He starts. "Do you not care anymore...?" you let out knowing your tears were going to come soon enough. "y/n, trust me, I do." He says holding onto your shoulders. You tried to get out of his hold, but had no energy. "I can't waste my time on you." You say strongly not looking him in the eye. You knew Shawn truly felt guilty. "I made a mistake." He repeats.
"Who was she." You say. "My old friend from high school." He says truthfully. "It wasn't anything though..."
"It wasn't anything." you repeat. "She came over, randomly to see how things were...it got too carried away. I regret everything. I can't lose a girl like you."
You roll your eyes; a typical boy would say that.
"I know I'm nothing to you." You say peering your eyes up to his. You notice the tears in his, they were forming slightly. You knew he loved you, he made a mistake, but your emotions couldn't deal with it. "How could you say that?" he says softly. "You mean the world to me, y/n. I made one stupid mistake. I'm sorry." He says taking a step closer.

"I don't know if I can trust you." You say falling to the floor, you start to kneel down, feeling your head pound. You breathe heavily as he joins you on the floor. You start to cry, shutting your eyes together. You hoped all of this could stop. "Please don't cry." He says rubbing your thigh. "Shawn..." you say in between your cries. "I need you back, I can't do this without you."
He was right, you couldn't deal without him either. You wish you could forgive him, but things were going too fast.
"I'm sorry." You hear him whisper continuously. Saying it over and over again. Sorry. What did it mean? Was he honestly sorry about it, or was he just saying it. It was big, powerful, it meant a lot.
You nod your head knowing you wanted him back. You couldn't say much, you were paralyzed with stress. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry." He says again as he hushes you in a soft sweet tone. You feel his big hands around your cheeks as he kisses you softly on the forehead. You hold your grip together as you tame down the tears.

"You don't have to forgive me...just say I'll never lose you." He says deeply in your eyes. You were caught in the moment.
"She's nothing to me, you mean so much, trust me please."
You nod your head again as he holds you in his arms. You felt the pace of his heart beat as it raced faster and faster; almost like yours. He let out a sigh of relief as he stroked your hair. He let's you go as you both stand up. "If this ever happens again, I swear I'll..."
"It won't. I promise."
You take his word, pulling the ice cream back into your hands. You still felt bitter, sick at heart. Crawling into bed, with him behind you was unnatural, you didn't care though. You continue watching the screen as he wraps his arms around you, the arms you didn't want to lose; ever.
