I walked for about 20 minutes till I found the tree again.
I went over to it and sat down.
Almost right away, I felt my body go numb.

"Wow, that was fast."

Elizabeth giggled.
"I know I could feel your presence."

"How so?" I asked.

Elizabeth looked up at the tree.

"Sometimes, when daddy had the time, he would take me to this tree."
"We would either read or play games here."

"But anyway, why are you here?" She asked.

"Well, I need your help with a plan."

Elizabeth perked up.
"Oh, does it have to do with you dying tonight?"

"O-well, yes, actually."
"So I had an idea on how to have all of you escape without me getting killed."

Elizabeth raised her eyebrows.

"I don't know if there's a way for that to happen. We need to look like a human."

"Well, couldn't I just bring down an already dead body with me for you all to use?" I suggested.

Elizabeth pondered for a moment.

"That's not bad. It might work."

"That's why I need your help Elizabeth." "I need you to convince the others that I'm here to help them."

"Hmmm." She thought.

"I'll see what I can do. It's hard to convince all of them, especially Funtime Freddy." "But I will try as hard as I can for you (y/n)."

"Thank you, Elizabeth. I appreciate it."

"Anything for you (y/n), but I have to go now. I'll see you tonight."

And just like that, she faded away.
Even though she was gone, I stayed by the tree.

I was exhausted and didn't feel like walking back. Not sleeping in 2 days has taken a toll on me.

So I sat lower against the tree and put my head back.
I closed my eyes, and in almost 2 minutes, I was asleep.

I must have been dead asleep because when I woke up, I couldn't feel the sharp grass but rather the material of clothing.

I tiredly looked up and saw William looking down at me.

"William?"

He smiled and gently moved the hair out of my face.

"Did you sleep well love?"

I sleepily nodded my head.

"I saw that you were laying on the grass, and you looked uncomfortable, so I brought you back here."

"You must have been exhausted for you not wake up when I was carrying you back."

I then rubbed my eyes,
"Well if you must know not sleeping in 2 days can make someone extremely tired,"

"That's a hint towards me, isn't it?" William chuckled.

I smiled.
"Maybe."

I then sat up in William's lap.

"What time is it?"

William looked down at his watch.

"About 10:28 pm, you slept for quite a while."

"Dang, I really did."
"I should probably get ready for tonight then."

I was about to get up when William wrapped his arms around me.

"Aww, do you have to go so soon? I like our little cuddles."

I rolled my eyes and grinned.
"Fine, only for 10 minutes though,"

William shrugged,
"That's good enough for me."

About 10 minutes later and I was still in William's arms.

"Okay William the 10 minutes is up, time for me to go."

William groaned.
"One more minute, I'm enjoying this."

"I know you're enjoying this, but I need to get ready for tonight."

A sigh escaped his mouth.
"Fineeeee."

William's grip loosened and I crawled out of his lap and stood up.

"By the way darling, Mike is in there sleeping, could you wake him up for me?"

I smiled and nodded my head.
I then walked over to the small room and opened the door.

On the floor, under the metal table, was Mike.
I bent down and gently shook him awake.

"One more minute." Mike groan.

"Come on Mike, don't give me that. I just had to hear that from your father."

His eyes opened and slowly moved over to me.

"Oh, it's you (y/n)"
"I thought you were dad."

Mike then sat up but instantly hit his head on the table.

"Oww forgot I was under a table." He said, rubbing his head.

"So why did you need me to get up?"

"I need to get changed, and the uniforms are in here. Also, William told me to wake you up."

"Oh, I'll get out of here so that you can have some privacy," Mike said as he got out from below the table.

"If your hungry Mike there should be some food left in the grocery bags."

"Okay (y/n), do you want me to get you some food too? You haven't eaten in a while."

"Huh, your right, but I don't feel hungry."

"That's weird. Maybe it's the remnant?" Mike proposed.

I shrugged.
"Possibly"
"Anyway, I'm going to get changed now."

"Alright (y/n), I'll leave you be," Mike said as he closed the door.

I then went over to the boxes of old uniforms.
I rummaged through it till I found one that fit me.

This one was a bit different from the one I first wore.

The first one had more pockets, and to get it on you had to use a zipper.
The new one had fewer pockets and buttoned-up.

As I took off my old uniform, I realized my leg was still bleeding from when Mike stabbed me.
Surprisingly I didn't feel any pain.

I touched the wound, and still nothing.

"Huh, that's weird."

I then grabbed the bandages and disinfection and began to clean and patch up my injury.

Once I got it wrapped up, I started to put on the new clothes.
I struggled a bit to get it on, but I did and it fit like a glove.

I grabbed my shoes and laced them on.
Then I walked over to the very broken and dusty mirror in the corner.

As I looked at my reflection in the mirror I thought about everything that is going to happen tonight.

"Tonight is the night I save HER."

"No..."

"Tonight is the night I save THEM."
