Amy woke up feeling warm. There was something radiating heat next to her, she pried open her eyes and saw Freddy asleep beside her. The morning light streamed through the gaps in the curtains, sunlight fell onto his eyes but he didn't stir or turn. She was grateful for the fact that she'd found comfort on his shoulder, as she had no idea where the pillow had gotten to.

Freddy let out a groan as he stretched his legs brushing them against Amy's. One of his arms was around her hips loosely while the other was dangling off the bed.

"Freddy." Amy whispered softly as she poked his cheek with her finger.

The corner of Freddy's lips pulled, he'd been awake the whole time. Amy poked him again, "oi mister."

His smile widened allowing his teeth to show, this caused Amy to pout and sit up. She poked him for a third time, "don't ignore me."

Freddy's blue eyes soon opened and he pulled Amy back down, she giggled as he dug his fingers into her sides. "Stop it," Amy manged to breathe out between laughs. She desperately tried to push him away, but he only pulled her with him. Freddy finally gave in and stopped tormenting her, he held tightly onto her and kept her close to him. She felt so warm and it was a fairly cold morning, his own personal radiator.

Amy felt Freddy's lips press to the top of her head, she smiled contently. His soft and easy breathing made her sleepy and sure enough, she soon fell back to sleep in his arms with her head tucked under his chin and breath tickling his neck.

When Amy woke up, there was a strong smell of a familiar colounge everywhere. When she opened her eyes she let out a smile, she was in Freddy's bed. But where was Freddy? It was only now that she realised there was another smell, pancakes. She looked through the crack in the door and saw him stood at the stove with his back to her.

Amy climbed out of bed and quietly opened the door, she then walked over to the kitchen island without making a sound. She picked a grape from the fruit bowl and flung it directly at his head, bullseye. His head whipped around, his brows already furrowed and his lips pulled into a line by their corners, "you think you're so funny."

Amy smiled innocently as she plucked another grape and put it into her mouth. Freddy shook his head playfully as he turned back around. When he finished dishing up the pancakes he placed the plates on the island, they sat next to each other and kept up an easy conversation between them.

Freddy kissed her on the temple as he took their empty plates to the sink filled with soapy water. Amy was quick to object at his side, "I don't think so, you cooked so I wash up."

Freddy shook his head and continued to wash up, "nope, don't think so."

Amy pouted, "but that's unfair."

He chuckled in response, "oh well, go get dressed."

Amy grumbled but did as he said anyway, knowing fine well she wasn't going to win the argument.

Amy changed into a black pair of skinny jeans and a white cami top after her shower. She towel dried her hair before walking out of her room, she heard the sound of the shower in Freddy's room and figured he had the same idea.

Amy moved to the kitchen and made herself a cup of coffee to go, it wasn't until she heard the shower stop that she did the same for him.

Amy had her back to Freddy as he walked over, he kissed her on the cheek and stood next to her. Amy slid his cup over to him once she'd finished with it.

"Grace and Matthew are filming today aren't they?" Amy asked, "I can't wait to meet the mini versions of ourselves." Grace Cottlan was playing Ambrosia and Mathew Datlon was playing Kaz. The two of them had recently flown over and Eric wanted to get their scenes finished so they could go back home and enjoy their gap year.
