~~~Leray P.O.V.~~~
           I watch Lloyd show my arrow to Kai, Cole, Jay, and my brother. “Do you think…” Jay trails off in a whisper.
           “Maybe.” Kai says.
           “Come on lets go.” Cole says as falcon flies in circles above their heads. The others nod and flip up their hood-masks as they run after falcon.
           Zane turns his head to me and my forest scanning the forests edge for me, I shift into a deer and trot deeper into the trees. “I know you’re here.” He says as he runs after his friends.
           The sky darkens as the sun falls in the sky. I fold my legs under me and rest my head on the ground. Swiveling my deer ears listening to the sound of the forest, my thoughts drift back to the prophecy Mother Spirit told me. The void is opening and only a fallen star can save all life. Darkness will destroy love till it hangs by a thread. Hold on to what you love. I must find Sensei Wu. Shifting to a snowy owl I take flight and soar through the skies.
           Stars twinkle above me as they direct me to the bounty. They whisper encouraging words to me, flicking my wings I reach the railing of the bounty and land on the deck with a soft thump.
           Shifting to my normal form I pull out the bamboo flute I had carved one month ago. I begin to play sweet notes float on the wind, my vision shifts as the Spirit Realm opens. Wispy figures form and sway to my music. They flow in a pattern never bumping into each other. The flute hardens as my fingers fly over the keys. Looking down I see gold and silver dust floating over the bamboo making it shift and harden into crystal.
           Hearing a door open I stop playing and look up. Lloyd walks over to me, as the spirits fade away to their own realm. “I believe you forgot something.” He hands me my arrow and I place it and the flute in my quiver.
           “There’s a new prophecy.” I say.
           He takes my hands in his. “Come on. I’ll take you to Sensei.” He leads me to Sensei Wu’s door and knocks. “Uncle Leray’s here. She says that there is a new prophecy.”
           We can hear shuffling and then sensei opens his door. “Come in and share.” He moves aside to let us in.
           “I’ll get the guys .” Lloyd turns down the hall and I walk into Sensei Wu’s room.
           “Where have you been?” he asks as he sits on a pillow in front of a table that had his tea pot on it. He motions for me to sit across from him, I sit and say, “In my forest. But I want to know about father is he ok?”
           “He moved back to his house in the birch wood forest. Misako and Garmadon are both working at the history museum in Ninjago city. They are living in a house there too.” He hands me a cup of tea as the other four ninjas stumble in.
           “You want to *yawn* see us Sensei.” Cole says sleepily.
Lloyd sits on my left, leans forward and whispers to me. “3….2….1….”
“AHHH!” they all say at once.
“Your back!” Zane smiles and sits on my right. “I knew you would come back.”
“Where’s Nya?” Jay looks around, not seeing her he says, “I’ll go get her.” And disappears into the hall.
“Ok spill.” Kai say as he sits down by Sensei Wu and Zane.
Jay and Nya enter and sit side by side, Cole takes a set and I start, “There is a new prophecy, one that is not written in scrolls. While I was hunting Mother Spirit came to me and said, ‘Listen well for I only say once… The void is opening and only a fallen star can save all life. Darkness will destroy love till it hangs by a thread. Hold on to what you love.’ I don’t know what it means.”
“Could you be the Fallen Star?” Nya tilts her head to one side deep in thought.
“It makes sense. With you being the Daughter of Light.” Kai points out.
“No. This is different, something just doesn’t feel right.” I sip my tea.
“May I call father, Sensei? I promised him I would if Leray came back.” Zane stands and heads up to the bridge room when Sensei Wu nods.
~~~Zane P.O.V.~~~

           I open the bridge room door, step in and turn on the lights. They flicker to life as I walk over to the phone sitting on the table in the middle of the room, dialing father’s number I wait for him to pick up on the other line. But the phone just says, “This is an incorrect or discontinued number. Please check if it is right or try again.”

           I try two more times but get the same answer every time. I dial a new number and an operative picks up. “Hello. How may I help you?”

           “I would like to place a collect call please.” I sit on the table edge.

           “Location?”

           “Birch wood forest.” I can hear keys clicking on the other end as the operative types in the location.

           “I’m sorry but there is no one living there.”

           “What? Of cores there is, my father lives there.”

           “Name?”

           “Dr. Julian.” More typing.

           “Yes. There was a Dr. Julian living there once but not anymore.”

           “Can I still place a call to him?”

           “I’m going to have to pass you onto someone else. Please wait.” I sit patiently listening to the music playing from the other end.

Finally someone picks up and says, “How may I help?”

“I’m looking for Dr. Julian.” More typing again.

“I have found several different Dr. Julian’s. Please give more information.”

“He is an inventor and lived in the birch wood forest.” I am starting to worry.

“I’m sorry but the Dr. Julian you are looking for died in an explosion twelve hours ago.”

I sigh, “Thank you anyways.” And hang up. I turn the lights off and slowly walk back to the others.

Entering Sensei’s room I sit by Leray and look up at her. “What’s wrong?” she asks.

“Father is dead.” I whisper. Sorrow hangs thickly in the air. Then Leray smiles.

“What? Are you happy about your father’s death?” Cole gasps.

“No! Of course I am sad that he is no longer. I am happy because he has joined the Spirit Realm.”

“Spirit Realm?” Sensei asks.

Leray claps her hands together. “Oh I simply must show you!”
