chapter 25 Lonan

"Dude good game... coming for beers?" Luke asked me in the changing room
"Yeah just one.. "

We sat at the bar chatting when in came Jay. his glare wasn't too pleased to see me here.

"And it begins" I couldn't help but mutter under my breath
"Dude keep calm yeah"
"Always.... Jay alright mate... beer?" I offered
"Beer please... boys how the game?"
"Good lad good you missed it"
"Had to work " I knew he directed that towards me but I took a swig of my beer
"Busy day?"
"Could say that aye Lonan"
"Busy day.. " is all I replied
"So boys ready to party at the weekend?" Jay said egally
"Yeah should be good" Luke and danny nodded
"What's going on at the weekend?" He wanted me to ask so I did just that.

"Wedding... Alex's wedding"
I swollowed by beer down the wrong hole and started coughing

"Alex.. alex getting married?.."
"Yeah to that Richard" danny said
"Your kidding me?"
"No dude..."
"Lonan why did you let her go back?" Jay fired at me
"She had to go back"
"Why did you let her?" Jay drank his pint
"Jay mate you haven't got a clue"
"No your right we don't! But we know you two got it on"
"No we didnt"
"Come on we all know you two were banging each other" he laughed
"What ever" I downed the last bit and stood up
"Where you going?" Jay yelled
"Home before I say something I regret"
"Say it Lonan say it"
"I wasn't banging her.. she need some help and care."
"Yet she turned to you"
"Yeah for some reason she did and If you knew the truth you would have done same as me" I pointed
"What bang her?" He joked. it fueled some anger within me I stormed up to his face and squares up to him.

"What Lonan what you gonna do huh?"
"You lot no nothing and you know what you can say what you want but I know the truth"
"Truth... was she good!" He smirked at me I lost it to the Point I can't control it. I punched him and said to him

"He beats her.... Ask her... He hits her she hid at mine where she knew he didn't know where she was.... happy now?" I yelled out loud pointing
"Dude calm down... go home" danny pushed me away as hay held his lip
"Happy now Jay huh??" I stormed out to my car.. I felt so angry and wound up I didn't know where to go or what to do.

I jumped into my car angrily and drove home.. stormed up to the office and pulled all the documents out of my briefcase. Boom. There it was the small envelope which I haven't got round to opening.
