Til The End Of The Line

Today is the day Steve is reapplying for the military. I made sure to tag along with Steve and Bucky.

"Don't you have homework?" Bucky asked in annoyance.

"I do but Steve is here and meaning he wouldn't help me with my geometry homework."

"I never said I couldn't I just need to do this first."

"I know and that's why I'm here to be supportive." I smile.

I was walking behind them I slowly started practicing a few hand moves peggy showed me.
Bucky saw me from the corner of his eyes and I saw him.

"What are you doing?" He looks over at me.

"There was a bug." Howard's words play in my head about a woman looking delicate men would simply disacknowledge them. "I hate bugs." I wine. Bucky nods at me and looks away. He's probably going to not pay attention to me the rest of the way giving me time to get away and slip out of my dress. I had my nurse outfit underneath it.

When we get to the clinic where Steve will take his physical and look around examining the building. I see a side door opening where the nurses would go and have a smoke break.

"Rebs" bucky says as they started to walk into the building. We were sitting there a while. I started playing around with my dark hair.

"Steven Grant Rogers." A nurse calls for Steve. He gets up and looks back at me.

"Wish me luck." I smile.

"You'll be great I'm sure of it." He nods and walks off going through a door and making a right turn.

More like I'll be sure of it. I look over a bucky who had his eyes on a nurse. I roll my eyes and shift my body towards him.

"I'm going to the bathroom." I say he nods directing his attention back to nurse.

I walk over to the nurse he was looking at.

"Hi do you have any sanitary pads I can get . I forgot mine at home and by the looks of it were going to be here a while." She nods.

"You can go through that door right there and make a left. There should be a physician. You can ask her. Then the bathrooms are on your right." I nod and thank her. She looks back at bucky and continue they're fondueing.

I make my way towards the doors and make a left turn just in case someone was looking. I continue as plan and get a sanitary pad and turn around going in the opposite direction of where I was going. I go into the bathroom and change out of my dress revealing the exact nurse's uniform she lady in the waiting room was wearing. I put the dress behind the garbage can and make my way out of the bathroom. I go into through the hall way and grab a tray that was already set up for me by one of Mr.Stark's men. I grab a face mask from one of the cabinets in the hallway and I put it on. I make my way towards the rooms and read the files until I found Steve's. The doctor walked out of the room.

"Can you take this to the filing room wait there until they stamp it and then come back and notify the patient." He asks me and I nod and grab Steve's file. I open it up to read it and it was bad. Like really bad. So I took the sheet and I switched it with the sheet Howard and peggy gave me and I tossed the other sheet to the fireplace. I turned back around and went up to the doctor.

"You forgot to sign this." I said.

"Silly me I must be tired. Thank you for checking it." I nod and turn making my way to the filing room. I give the papers to a guy and they read the file. I go out and waited right outside the door. About 30 minutes later someone came out and gave me Steve's file. I read it and nodded making my way towards Steve's room.
I see the doctor and I go up to him.
