"Steve hurry up get up." I jump on his bed. Steve fluttered his eyes open and looked at me. I quickly sat down because I was wearing a skirt. He grabs my leg and pulls me towards him.
"Eww Steve hurry up and get ready we have to go meet bucky." I smile. Bucky is coming home today and we have to hurry up and get to the campground to wait for his arrival.
I jump out of the bed and make my way downstairs. I call our local pizza place and place an order with the time I'm going to pick it up. I made sure there were drinks in our refrigerator. I tidied up the house a little bit. It was already clean but I sweeped the floors and dusted quickly. I head a knock on the door. I ran to open it and saw Howard standing there.
"Howard hi." I smiled. He handed me some flowers causing me to smile.
"Thank you." I said. I invited him in and offered him a drink which he accepted.
"You seem excited, your glowing even." He said causing me to turn around to face him.
"My brother is coming home today." I said my excitement pouring out of me.
"Oh yess,you see I told you the day was going to come faster than expected." He smiled. "I kept you occupied." He joked. I shove his chest.
"Howard, this is unexpected." I heard Steve's voice. Howard and I turn our gazes to the kitchen entrance to see Steve standing there leaning against the wall looking at us. I move away from Howard, finding my skirt amusing at the moment as I look down to play with it.
"Roger's. I didn't know you were here."
"I live here." Steve said sternly. Howard looks at me, we share a conversation with just our faces not saying a single word.
He basically eyed me about not telling him Steve lived here.
I shrug my shoulders and looked away.
"Well then I just came to ask Agent Barnes something, if we could have a moment."
"It appears to me that you've already had more than enough time with rebecca. She's a minor nevertheless." Steve said.
"You mean your living situation isn't controversial but me coming to visit her is. "
"I am her guardian while her brother is away. Rebecca never has had any sort of situation regarding her feeling uncomfortable with my staying here."
They both look at me. I stand there not knowing what to say to I take a sip of my water and walk away.
"I'll.. let you guys figure this out." I said before going into the living room. What the fuck just happened.
"I should get going." Howard said coming into the living room. I walk him out with Steve hot on my trail.
"What did you want to ask me?" I look at Howard's brown eyes.
"Yes.. I wanted to ask you to join me on a trip. We will go to retrieve some new metal called vibranium. I would very much enjoy your company. Agent Carter will join us as well." He said.
"When is it?" I ask. I hear Steve scoff.
"Next week."
"My brother will be here next week how would I go. I'm on summer vacation as well. I have no legitimate excuse." I say.
"We will find a reason for you to go. Maybe it's time you tell your brother about your job." He said ,I nodded. Maybe it is time. Oh God Jamie is going to kill me.
"Your basically going to be his boss." He joked.
"He will not like that." I laughed.
"He will have no choice but to accept it."
"He's going to kill me." I said rubbing my hand back and forth on my forehead

"That would be treason against this country. He would be king a very important person dedicated to this countries needs, more than the military. " I sigh. Maybe he's right.
"Think about it. We leave Monday at 9." He said smiles before turning around and walks out the house. He waves at me from his car he hopes right in. I wave goodbye when he turns to look at me. I see him shake his head and get out of his car looking at me.
"Can I take you to your brother?, I have about a hour left before I have to go to headquarters. I can take you and make sure younger there on time and safely and I could be on my way. I just want to assure a safe arrival for you." He asks.
"Yes."
"No."
Steve and I say in union. I snapped my head at him with a glare.
Steve looked at me with no expression on his face unbothered by my glare.
"Yes." I said to Howard with a smile. He goes over to the passenger side and opens the door for me. I turn my head over so slightly towards Steve just enough so he could see I was looking at him with a smirk. I made my way towards the car and sit down. Steve locks up the house then comes over and sits down in the seat behind me.
"Why does she get to go in the front I'm older."
"You act like a child you get treated like a child." Howard says making me laugh.
"She is a child." Steve points out. I roll my eyes at him.
"Watch your tone she is your boss. That is also not a way to talk to a lady." Howard says making me smirk.
"Okay let's calm down. I don't want to seem mad when I see him again."
"This is pedophilia." Steve whispers loud enough so only I could hear.

For the rest of the car ride Steve and Howard got along just fine. They cracked a few jokes and talked about work. When we finally reach the campground Steve gets out and makes his way towards the crowd of people also waiting for their loved ones.

Howard comes to the passenger side and opens the door for me. I get out and thank him. I give him a kiss on the cheek. He smiled very wide. I walked quickly to Steve who saw all of this happen because he looked back when Howard opened my door.

Steve placed his hand on my upper back leading me into the crowd of people. I look behind me to see Howard standing there watching from his car. I wave at him before actually getting lost in between everyone. I made my way towards the front earning a few mean faces from people.

If only they knew I carried a gun. I thought to myself. Obviously I wasn't going to take it out. There was this one lady giving me the meanest look right at the front. She kept shoving me. I looked at the police standing there trying to control the crowd. He was doing nothing to stop her. I was getting so annoyed. With her and the police for not trying to control her.

I reach into my bag and take out my badge.

"I'm Agent Barnes of Shield." I said the police man quickly moved out of my way letting me through with Steve giving us special treatment. I looked back at the lady and smirked. Ha Bitch. I stood in front of everyone. I felt like the first female president. I looked to Steve and he looked at me with a smirk.
"Felt good didn't it."

"It like Howard said. You have privilege use it to your advantage. I'm obviously not going to do it a lot. But it feels nice to show some people who's the boss." I smile brightly. "But it felt so fucking good." I let out a laugh. He laughs a bit.

We saw a airplane approaching. Steve hold onto his hat as the airplane landed. A buck of soldiers got out of the airplane. Steve and I and some police officers stood there saluting them.

Until my eyes landed the pair of light blue eyes that I've been waiting for for months. He sees us and walks closer to us. Steve and I salute him and he salutes us back.

"Miss me." He says. I immediately run into his arms giving him a tight hug.

"Shut the fuck up you stink." I said letting go quickly wiping away a tear at the corner of my eye. Steve and James do their bro hug and manly handshake.

"What type of asteroids did they inject you with. Your jacked." James jokes around with Steve. Steve shrugged.

"So is anyone going to tell me why you were both standing in front of everyone. I know Steve hasn't received a higher rank yet so." James picked up our shit. FUCK. He always over analysed everything. I hated that about him. Why couldn't we just enjoy his first day back.Fuck.

"Theres alot of things you dont know." Steve said." We have to catch you up." He said.

"Like Steve has a girlfriend." I blurted out. Trying to distract James. Steve looks at me with the oh really face.

"I leave you skinny and single, and I come back to jacked up and committed. Who have you become." James joked. Causing me to laugh a bit to loudly.
"What about you anything new?" My brother asked me.
"Wel-" Steve started.
"I finished my sophomore year with A's." I said way to quickly.
"That's amazing Becca." My brother said like a proud dad. "Holy shit is that Howard Stark?" My eyes basically bolted out of my eye sockets. I turned to see where James eyes led and sure enough Howard was standing there,leaning against his car.

"Sure is, isn't that right-."
"Oh yess Steve and him have become good friends ever since the experiment. He drove us here."
"Rebecca." Howard yells over to us. Fucking hell. He gestures to us that he will give us a ride back.
"Steve's friend?" My brother questions.
"We have so much to catch up on." Steve said with a devilish smirk taunting directly at me. He hugs bucky by his shoulders and makes his way towards Howard. I take a deep sigh.
This is going to be one hell of a ride.
