"At the night when the sky is full of stars and the sea is still you get the wonderful sensation that you are floating in space."
- Natalie Wood
January 2022
Maitai Bay beach, New Zealand
The gentle summer wind danced through the beach as sparkling, azure waves of the Pacific Ocean were trying to reach more and more into the land. The sun was high up in the sky paying its full attention to one of the happiest moments of the two men lives.
The two grooms clothed in airy white suits were standing in front of the circle altar decorated with thousands of white roses, their fingers intertwined, their eyes telling a million beautiful promises to each other as they were impatiently waiting for the priest to finally declare them husbands.
"Could you believe how many things happened since they got engaged?" Mix whispered to Earth, but his eyes never left the happy couple.
"It feels like they were engaged for half a century, not half a year," Earth said, putting his finger on Mix's lips as the younger was about to bust out laughing. "Shhh, we are at the wedding ceremony, remember?"
Mix nodded and focused once again on the couple, "...now you may kiss." He caught the priest saying.
Max and Tul grinned at each other before they pulled themselves into a passionate kiss accompanied by the loud cheering and clapping of all their friends.
.....
Max and Tul informed everyone that they want to have the wedding in New Zealand in January, a few days after the Midnight Race club was opened again. Everyone was so thrilled by the prospect of having a vacation in New Zealand that Max started joking that everyone was more excited to see New Zealand than to see him and Tul get married.
Or maybe it wasn't a joke.
We will never know.
"I hope you will be able to go," Mix said that day to Earth as they were cuddling on the sofa, watching Train to Busan.
"Baby, it's more than two months away, I guarantee you I'll be completely fit in that time."
And as Earth said, he was. Even sooner than that.
Earth was basically completely recovered by mid of November, hanging out in Midnight Race club every day again, even having behind him a few boxing sessions with Mix, Bright and Win.
He was in weekly contact with general Suwan who was encouraging him to take time off at least until the end of the year and then if Earth wanted he could start again in January after they return from New Zealand.
Earth was also in daily contact with his fellow TSAF friends, who were worried about him and were trying to cheer him up way more than was necessary. After a few days of constant chatting through their group chat Earth had stopped counting how many not funny memes Tay send or how many times did Off said an inappropriate joke. And there isn't even a point to mention how many times Earth rolled his eyes.
