"Part of the healing process is sharing with other people who care."
- Jerry Cantrell
"Is this it?" Drake asked as he parked his car at the two-story Victorian-style house.
"I think, yeah," Frank said, getting out of the car, "the address is the same that Earth gave me."
"Then let's go," Drake went up to the door and rang the bell. After a few seconds, they heard some commotion from inside before the door opened—a smiling man with round glasses was starring at them.
"Uhm, hi," Drake was the one who spoke first, "we are coming from Earth."
"It's about my shoulder," Frank helped explain, pointing at his injured shoulder.
"Oh, yes, of course. Come inside, boys. I'm Tun."
"This is an amazing house," Drake said as he was looking around, his jaw mildly opened, "wow."
Like the outside, the inside of the house was also looked to be built in the Victorian style. The walls were made from heavy dark wood and the middle of a wide hall was dominated by a massive dark wood staircase with burgundy carpet covering it from the top to the bottom. It looked like some Victorian-era haunted house. Cool haunted house.
"Thanks. My great-grandfather built it at the end of 19th century when he came from his visit to London."
Frank only rolled his eyes at two men getting excited over an ancient house.
"Oh yeah, I'm sorry. I'm Drake, and this is Frank." Drake said when he got out of his awe of the house and realized they haven't introduced themselves yet.
"Nice to meet you, boys. Earth told me a little bit about what had happened. Gangs are dangerous," Tun opened the door to his physiotherapy room and let them in, "but they also sound cool, not gonna lie."
Frank and Drake chuckled. Tun is indeed a really interesting guy. Earth definitely wasn't lying about that.
"Okay, Frank, please sit here. I'm going to look at your shoulder, and based on how healed it is, we'll see when you can start rehabilitation."
Drake helped to carefully take off Frank's t-shirt, revealing the injured shoulder covered in bandages.
As it was happening, Tun caught the painful grimace, that appeared a few times on Frank's youthful face. And Tun knew one thing for sure, they weren't going to start with the proper physiotherapy for at least another two or three weeks.
"I'm going to take these off," Tun pointed at the bandages as he was putting on his medical gloves.
"But—"
"Don't worry, I'll put a new one on after I'm done with the check-up."
Drake relaxed a bit and went to sit on the white comfortably looking chair in the corner, letting Tun do his job while still keeping an eye on Frank.
