part 51

I hear the bathroom door unlock and a few seconds later my door opens and Elias walks in. They had undone their ponytail and now had the hair tie around his wrist, his long hair loosely flowing along his shoulders.

His cheeks flushed with red when he entered the room. He takes the whiteboard from my closet and writes something down.
"I borrowed one of your shirts, mine was too dirty, sorry."
I look at him confused, why had they apologized?
"What're you apologizing for?" They shrug.
"Don't know" they wrote down. I glance at the scars lining their arms. They didn't even try covering them like normally.
They follow my gaze and also looks at them for a moment.
"Momma made those" What? I look at the scars again. Who is momma? Aren't his dads gay?
"Who?" I feel bad for asking about it but my curiosity is stronger then the guilt.
"Momma." They write down again. Gesturing to the scars. Does he mean his biological mom? What happened to him?..

"Momma didn't want me. So she hurt me." He writes down. It took a moment to realize what he had written down.
"What? That's not what parents are supposed to do." I mutter, trying to make sense of what he's saying.
I look up to him, he just stares back at me blankly.
"El.. what did she do to you?" I didn't want to ask, but I had to know if I wanted to help them.

"Don't really remember. She just hurt me. Sissy tried to help but couldn't. Papa left me. Sissy left me."
Sissy. I glance at Eri, who shakes her head, he didn't mean her.
"What do you mean with that they left you?"
That's when the whole story came out.

"Elias.. I'm so sorry.." I mutter. Eri who had been silently reading along hugged them.
"Don't pity me." He writes down. Eri pulls away from him slightly upon seeing the text.
"Sorry." She whispers.

After a while he gets up and gestures for Eri to follow him.
"You're leaving already?? It's only 8 o'clock.." Elias taps the floor with his foot twice, which means sorry. I let them out and go back to my own room. A few minutes later I get another text saying sorry.
(Aza) "don't worry 'bout it."
I send back.
(Elias) "Whatever."
Rude. But then again Elias is always rude when he's tired.

(Elias's POV)

"You're leaving already? It's only 8 o'clock.." I look over at Azarel as I tap my foot on the ground twice.
"Sorry"
He leads me and Eri out of the house and when we reach the alley where Kurogiri would pick us up I send him another text saying sorry.
Midoriya picked us up a few minutes later.
"Those aren't your cloths." He states upon seeing me. I shake my head to confirm.
"Eri where were you guys after Elias's mission?" Did he not see the text I send him?
"We were at his boyfriends house." Eri states while skipping alongside Midoriya. I catch up to them and hit her over the head for the second time today.
"Azarel's place huh.. I suppose that's where you got those cloths." I nod, now very happy I'm wearing the mask, seeing I'm probably more red than Kirishima's hair.
"Well. I suppose you had a good time there. What did you guys talk about?" I look at him blankly. Is he expecting me to answer?
"Oh my gods- I'm sorry." I shrug it off and enter Kurogiri's warp gate.

I immediately go to my room upon entering the hideout. Toga is probably still at the creepy doctors place visiting her girlfriend so I have our room to myself.

A few weeks later it was time for my first day at UA.
First thing irritating me in the morning was the horrible uniform, like what the fuck even is that color combination??
The second thing irritating me that same morning was waking up to Toga attempting to stab me because I wouldn't wake up.
And the third thing was that the coffee machine was broken. Basic things to be annoyed by right? No? Ok.

"Morning." Instead of the usual "Morning" gesture I give him an annoyed "fuck you" which is as most might expect, a middle finger.
"Ok then- may I ask what happened?" I shake my head.
"Coffee?" Midoriya frowns and points at a broken coffee machine. Great. Just great.
"I hate this uniform." I scribble down before sliding my notepad to Kirishima.
"Sorry Kiddo. Oh by the way, I'm gonna try and get a job as trainer at UA, just so I can keep an eye on what's happening." I look over at him. So Azarel's dad is becoming homeroom teacher for I think class 1B. And my dad is becoming a trainer? Fucking hell.

I just nod as response. Not bothering to really show that I care.

(Aza) "Morning El, ready for school?"

I look at the text for a moment, thinking of what to answer. Eventually I just..

(Elias) "no"

Toga looks over my shoulder.
"Awww your boyfriend's texting you first thing in the morning." I glare at her for a moment. When will they understand that Azarel isn't my boyfriend.
"Elias, when you're on your way home from school can you pick up Eri?" I nod, Eri's school was a little off trail but I couldn't really care, if I could scare the other children (which happens, yes) I'm glad to pick up who everyone thinks is my sister.
"Thank you." Midoriya says before leading Eri into Kurogiri's warp gate, Eri's school began a little before mine so I knew I had to leave soon as well. And I wanted to pick up a coffee and an Azarel on the way so I should leave about.. right now.

I stand up and quickly grab the lunch Kurogiri had prepared.

First Kurogiri warps me to Azarel's place.
"Can we get coffee on the way? Coffee machine at home is broken."
I text him quickly, Azarel nods and says bye to his brother.
"You look grumpy.." they mutter when we're a little away from his house, already almost at the coffee shop. I simply nod to confirm.
"Did something happen?" I nod again. I gesture to my phone and he reads my recent text again.
"Broken coffee machine?" Another nod.

We reach the coffee shop and I quickly make him order my coffee.
Azarel hands it to me with a small smile. I nod in thanks and take my mask off to drink it.
"So.. did anything else happen?" I shake my head no.
"Alright, let's get going before we're late." I nod and quickly finish my coffee before following him out and to UA.
"So. What do you think we're doing on our first day?" I stare at him blankly. Why do people always expect a response from me?
"Right-" he mutters as we enter school grounds. One of the older teachers who apparently couldn't make it to graduation the day the building was blown up comes walking towards us, followed by Aizawa. I look at the other hero for a moment. Azarel's face lights up.
"You're Hound Dog right?" The hero nods at him shortly and then looks at me.
"Good morning, you two are two of the new students, correct?" I nod to confirm. Behind us enter a few more students.
"Please wait there, we have some new safety procedures." Aizawa tells them.
Great. Are they going to check my bag for a gun or something?

Cuz if they are I'll have to get rid of mine quickly.

"What are your names?" Aizawa asks.
"Elias Midoriya and I'm Azarel Takami." Azarel introduces us. Hound Dog glares at me for not answering. That is until Aizawa confirms that I'm "the mute one" Rude. Though I do nod to confirm.
"Tought so. Can you take off your mask for a second?" I do as told and take off my mask, probably for face recognition or something.
