For the next couple of weeks, Katsuki and I teamed up with Deku, Shoto, Uravity, Red Riot, and even Endeavors agency to track down All For One ....

Okay. And my parents but that was only personal drama...

My friends and I would usually stay up all night, looking at evidence we managed to receive during our scouting missions. Almost all of them would lead to either dead ends, or someone we couldn't manage to find.

The villains were more than good at covering their trails and we couldn't help but feel no closer to finally finding them.

"Man... another dead end! Damnit!" Kirishima shouted, launching his foot into the back of a chair. "This isn't getting us anywhere guys!!"

Bakugou didn't looked pleased with him and it was no secret we were all a little on edge. "Eijirou... don't kick my shit or I'll blast you to hell. Aren't you supposed to be the most levelheaded out of all of us here you idiot?!" He snaps back to the redhead.

"Deku! You damn nerd. Tell me you've thought of something! Anything?! You're the one that helped find y/n when she didn't want to be found." He continued.

I felt a wave of guilt wash over me and it made me nauseous. I excused myself from the room and stepped into the hall for a quick breather. Ochaco and Faea followed shortly, watching me kneel down next to the wall.

"Oh babe..." Faea grabs me and pulls me into her. "....I know he made it sound bad but you know that's just Baku's mouth." She says, stroking my hair. I buried my face into her neck and hugged her tighter.

Ochaco walked up to me and placed her hand on my back. "Yeah y/n, you don't need to worry about us, we just wanted our girl back and now you are."

"Thanks guys... I don't think there's even a way in this world for me to apologize correctly." I felt the tears collect in my eyes, clouding my vision. "You don't know how many times I just wanted to throw it all away and come home to you all... I hated being away from you guys." I let the tears flow at this point, not giving a single care in the world who saw.

"....there was even a time three years ago, when I ran into Bakugou while he was patrolling one night. He didn't recognize me then, but part of me really wanted him to. I wanted him to finally catch me and not let me go... but in the end I chose to flee the scene, making me regret everything... again." I tell them softly as they held me comfortably.

The door to Bakugous office cracked open and the boys slowly walked out, meeting us in the hall. My red puffy eyes were met with Bakugous and he looked ashamed. "Torch... round face... let me talk to her alone. You guys too, scram." He said to the small crowd aggressively.

Once the others left, I wiped my eyes and pulled my hood back up to hide my face. He flicked it off quickly and used his finger to pick up my chin.

He sighed, "I'm sorry... I didn't mean for it to come out like that. Did I offend you?" He says while looking at me.

"...no... it's not that. I ju- I just wish I hadn't wasted the last six years trying to find the two most important people to me... when they didn't even want me back. I mean, what did I expect right? We would just be a big happy family again... haha! What a joke y/n!" I shouted to myself.

He watched me take my anger out and then pulled me into his chest, which caught me off guard.

"Katsuki?! What-"

"Just shut up.... Your parents are villains and you're a hero, what can you do about it? Don't waste even more of your time thinking about the time you wasted trying to find them in the first place. Ha! I bet they aren't even thinking about you anyways idiot... so just come back in there with me... we may have found something important." He tells me, letting me go to open the office door.
