While work studies were almost over, school was not. Unfortunately, we only had a couple weeks until we graduate and finally become official pro heros. I was super nervous and I know all the girls were too. They would nonstop text me saying how scared they were and I was never one to come to for reassurance.

I would always just say "same."

The last day of work studies, me and Keigo went patrolling downtown and ate a lot of chicken for lunch. He was always so hungry and only ever wanted chicken. Freaking cannibal. But I loved him and the chicken so I couldn't complain. Living the life I suppose.

The streets were boring and filled with people who wanted autographs and photos. We always took them together and made the silliest of faces. He never even left my side the whole time.

One little girl walked up to me and held out her hand. "This is for you... thank you for keeping me and mommy safe." She tells me holding out a flower on her palm. I gladly take it kneel down next to her. I pull down my hood and place the flower in her hair, right above her ear. "Here, I put some of my lucky energy into this flower, now it'll always keep you safe even when I'm not there okay?" I tell her, ruffling her hair. She smiles hard at me and her mother takes a photo of us both. Once her mother got the photo, she hugged me goodbye and I watched her wave all the way down the street.

Yeah.....This is what I was meant to be. I couldn't imagine living a life any other way.

I turn to face Hawks...

And it's all because of him.

"Alright come on bird man!" I tell him standing and we start walking once again. He turns to face me. "I know it's the last day of work studies but uhhh how would you feel if I asked you to be my sidekick... ya know until you get your own agency!! Hehe." He grins at me nervously. I place a hand on his shoulder. "Of course! That sounds awesome Keigo!" I say to the blonde and he relaxes. Seeing him and being a hero everyday would be all I could ask for.

The next day:

I waved goodbye to Keigo and he pokes out his lip as I walk to the car. I laugh at his reaction and he smiles back at me. "Get that paperwork ready cause next time you see me, I'll be a UA alumni ready to be a hero full time!" I hold up my arms and flex my muscles at him. He crosses his and smirks. "Yeah yeah. Get outta here kid before I change my mind and leave you stranded!" He yells back. I get in the car and close the door behind me, still waving to my blonde winged friend.

We arrived at the UA dorms shortly after and man it felt good to be back here. I missed everyone greatly even after seeing them all at the awards party.

I opened the door and made my way up the stairs and to my room. It was clean and empty, considering I brought almost everything I owned to Hawks agency. The dorm building was surprisingly quiet, I guess that means I'm one of the first people to get back. I heard my stomach growl so I walk back downstairs and to the pantry for a snack.

"Y/n! You're back!"

"AHH WHO GOES THERE!" I screech and swiftly do a 180 turn. I see Midoriya holding up his hands innocently and smiling ear to ear.

"Oh hey Midoriya! How was your work study?" I ask the green haired boy and he starts rambling about his time at Endeavors agency. This kid could go on and on for most likely forever so I made sure to stop him from getting too excited. "Okay okay I get it, you had more fun than I did......" I stop him, ".....Hey if you're back, that means Todoroki and Bakugou are too right?" I ask him and he nods. "Oh yeah they're here too. I think they might have already gone up to their rooms though." He tells me and I sigh.
