Addison POV//

Our appointment just ended and everything looked really good apparently, I'm currently 12 weeks and 2 days pregnant and I'm due on may 30th (yes I'm a total freak that i worked it out exactly). Now we are on our way to pick up Ryder so we can spend some time with him before his party.

We got to my parents house and when we went in we saw Ryder sat in a high chair covered in cake with a squashed cupcake in front of him.

A: woah who let you get so messy? •I laughed at him•
S: not me •my mom put her hands up in defence and looked at my dad•
R: uh oh •Ryder said all innocent and cutely• 
A: yes indeed uh oh •I laughed•
M: he wanted to have a little fun •my dad said defending himself•
B: well I guess it is his birthday
A: I'm gonna need to give him a bath before we go then
S: fine by me

I undid Ryder's straps and I wiped him down then I picked him up extending my arms out in front of me so he didn't get me messy. I ran upstairs and placed him in the bathroom sink and ran warm water over his body. Once he  was washed I gave him to Bryce who got him changed. Whilst Bryce was doing that I took the moment to tell my parents that I was pregnant.

A: hey mom and dad can I talk to you for a sec?
S: yeah what's up
A: I'm not even gonna give you a story basically I'm pregnant
S: I knew it!!
M: we predicted it ages ago
A: wait you aren't mad?
S: of course not it's you life you can spend it however you want
M: yeah you deserve to be happy
A: thanks I love you guys but how did y'all know?
S: well it's obvious when we have to look after Ryder and you are going to an 'appointment'
And the fact you have been sick lately
A: yeah true

Wow I thought they were gonna be a lot more mad. Once Bryce finished with Ryder we went back to our house to get everything ready to have our friends round, I made Ryder a bottle since I have stopped nursing him which in some ways made me quite emotional but I knew it was for the best and I will have another baby to nurse soon anyway. I needed Ryder to nap so he was happy later so I put him to bed and Bryce and I began to set up.

Bryce POV//

Addison and I are setting things up for Ryder's party with our friends whilst Ryder napped. We were also going to tell them about the new baby once Ryder had gone to bed because it's his birthday today and we don't want to make it all about the new baby...especially when we had the appointment today on his birthday. As we were getting everything ready I was thinking back to this time last year where we were sat in a hospital room with a 10 hours old baby.

B: babe weird to think this time 1 year ago we were still in hospital
A: I know and now look at our baby
B: it's crazy how big he is now
A: i want him to start walking that will be so fun
B: yeah but think how much easier it will be for him to run away from us
A: true, I love earlier when we walked in to my parents house and he was covered in cake he said 'uh oh'
B: yeah he says that when he thinks he's in trouble or he made a mess
A: he's so adorable

We continued to set things up and make some food before I could get Ryder starting to wake up. I went to his room where he was stood up holding the edge of the crib whinging.

B: hi little dude •I picked him up•
R: a ba da da da (I don't know how to write baby talk lol).
B: yes im dada
R: ma ma ma ma •he clapped his hands•
B: we are going to her now bud

I carried him to the kitchen where addison was.

R: a ma ma mama
A: hey Ry Ry •she said taking him from me•
How did you sleep?
R: •blabbering•
A: sounds great •she laughed•

Addison POV//

About few hours had passed and everyone was her (mads, Christian, blamelie, doah, Josh, larray, cha cha, avani, Anthony, madi and kio and whoever his new gf is). They gave Ryder gift which was so nice of them and I thanked everyone. Ryder was having a blast with getting all the attention and being awed at he particularly enjoyed. The boys including Bryce taught him how to say 'oh yeah' which was kinda cute but also rather annoying they are a bad influence they kept swearing around him and he will copy things people say so i took him away from that.

B: Ryls say oh yeahhh

He looked up at me and then dug his head into my chest.

A: I think he has had enough of being a performer today •I giggled•
B: maybe but there is still tomorrow •he laughed•
A: stop teaching my sweet innocent little boy Bryce hall language •i staid rubbing his head•
B: but he's the son of bryce hall that's his brand
A: not at 1 •we both laughed•
B: fine I will do it with the older ones then
A: good
