"I came here for Benjamin, not to broaden your daughter's horizons. Principal Burke has always been such a self—righteous person, right?"
Peter Burke frowned and looked at Emily Burke: "Emily, why aren't you apologizing to Mr. Walton yet, hurry up and go home."
Emily Burke pouted: "Got it."
She stood up and bowed to William Walton: "Mr. Walton, I'm sorry. Sorry for disturbing you. I'll leave first."
She turned and walked out, with Peter Burke following closely behind.
When the father and daughter pair arrived at the door, Emily Burke was so depressed that he stomped his feet, "Dad, how did I offend this Mr. Walton? Why is he always so rude when he talks to me?"
"Alright, darling daughter. Lord Third is right. This time, we were the first to be impolite."
"So, why didn't you tell him that I would have come as well and suddenly attacked him. He would definitely be angry. It's all your fault."
"It's Daddy's fault. You go back first, Daddy will find a chance to help you explain it to Mr. Walton, okay?"
She snorted and left unhappily.
Peter Burke walked to the side of the school basketball team members who were having their meal in the hall.
He said: "Teacher Green, come to the private room. I want to discuss the work of your counselor with you."
She put down the drink and said to the students of the basketball team: "You guys drink less. Don't cause trouble if you drink too much."
She walked with the headmaster to the private room.
Behind him, Benjamin Walton rolled his eyes at the rest, "Don't spout nonsense like that from now on. What my Teacher Green, she was my home tutor before, so we have a good relationship. Don't think of her as such despicable, I really want to beat you up."
The moment she entered the room and saw William Walton, she was struck dumb.
Why was he here too?
"Laura, take a seat."
After she recovered her sense, she nodded towards the Principal and sat down at the seat that Emily Burke had just sat at.
She respectfully said to William Walton: "Third Master, good evening."
William Walton's eyes lightly landed on her body.
After her warm gaze made contact with his, she hurriedly avoided his gaze.
William Walton raised his eyebrows, raised his wine cup, and lightly sipped: "Teacher Green, do you want to drink?"
"No, Mr. Walton, it's not convenient for me to drink today."
"Laura..." Principal Burke said urgently.
"It's your honor to drink with Mr. Walton."
"I know it's my honor, but I'm really not in the mood today. Sorry, Mr. Walton."
William Walton said indifferently, "Then forget it."
Principal Burke got up and poured some wine: "Mr. Walton, let me drink with you."
William Walton put down his cup, "Today, my purpose in coming here is not to drink."
Principal Burke sat down awkwardly.
William Walton looked at her and said, "Teacher Green, I want to know how Benjamin Walton did in school."
She was speechless, this person, just how bored must he be to not ask at home, why must he ask here?
