"I hate him."
Looking at her expression, William Walton decided to not tell her about some things."In this world, I have never hated anyone, and Nick Anderson is one of them."
She smiled. "Isn't it too boring for you to act like this? The one who offended you was the Anderson family, not my brother."
"But I'm not happy that he hooked you."
She disdainfully said, "What do you mean by hooking? That's my brother."
"I don't care about that!"
William Walton said as he put down his fork and looked at her.
What if one day she found out that Nick Anderson was actually not her blood brother?
Would she like him?
After all, she trusted Nick Anderson a lot.
He said seriously, "Laura."
She said: "What now?"
"You should know that there is a grudge between the Walton family and the Anderson family. Sooner or later, I will have to avenge some of it."
Laura nodded: "You don't need to tell me this, I am not the Anderson family."
"However, I feel that there is still someone in the Anderson family that you still care about. Thus, I have a reason to tell you. This is also a form of respect for you."
"I don't care what happens to the Anderson family. My brother is a capable man, even without the Anderson family, he would still be able to shine."
Hearing her words, William Walton did not refute her, but only looked at her with shining eyes.
"There may be a lot of things that you don't expect to happen next, but I hope you don't think too much about it. It's just part of my revenge, huh?"
After a moment of silence, she said, "Alright!"
William Walton raised the cup by his side: "Wishing me success."
He picked up the glass and clinked it with his own.
For some reason, she felt uneasy.
On Saturday, Aunt called her and invited her and William Walton to eat dinner at the Earl's family.
It was not easy to refuse, so she agreed without hesitation.
But when she returned home at night, she found out that William Walton was leaving for Singapore on a business trip on Friday afternoon for a period of three days.
So, on Saturday, she could only come to Earl's family alone.
Coincidentally, Earl happened to be at home as there was nothing important at the mall.
Her uncle and aunt did not know that she had been threatened by Fiona and welcomed them happily.
Earl had a face full of worry.
While her parents were busy in the kitchen, he said, "Laura, in order to not cause you any trouble, I'll tell my parents later that I have matters to attend to at the company. Please don't mind it."
"Earl, I am truly sorry. Because I … you can't even eat a meal at home on your day off."
"Don't say that. I'm not sure how happy I am that you can come."
Laura nodded: "That's right, Earl, mm... If I have the time, I would like to introduce a girl to you. "
Earl hissed.
