When William Walton came out, he hurriedly moved her ears away from the door.

He poked her in the forehead and said, "What are you doing?"

"Oh, it's nothing, I just dropped it. I just picked it up!" she said as she shook the bag in her hand.

Seeing her guilty look, William Walton could not help but find it funny, and teased her: "Really?"

"Of course, why would I lie to you? Why did you come out so quickly?"

William Walton's hand rested on her shoulder: "I'm afraid that you'll be anxious if you wait. Let's go, I'll lead you to a doctor."

"Alright, alright, let's go."

She felt so ashamed of herself that for the first time in her life she wanted to eavesdrop.

She heard nothing and she was caught by him.

That was so embarrassed.

She glanced over at him.

William Walton asked: "What do you want to ask?"

"No. It's nothing."

"Nothing, so you heard everything?"

She raised her hand and pinched his waist.

William Walton felt pain, "You want to murder your own husband."

"Who told you to spout nonsense, I didn't eavesdrop."

"Well, you didn't."

"I really don't have it."

She stared at him with an emotionless expression.William Walton endured laughing: "Yes, I said it already, you didn't."

"William Walton, you … You …"

"What about me?"

"You are awful!" she said, pushing him away and walking quickly.

William Walton couldn't help but chuckle as he looked at her flustered back.

This woman was more lovable the more she felt guilty.

He quickly caught up to her and said, "She didn't say anything. She just wanted me to take good care of you."

"Who wants to know? Don't tell me."

She glared at him.

"I have to tell you, okay?"

She turned her head.

How embarrassing, she really wanted to find a hole and drill into it.

The pregnancy test was over soon.
On the way back, she said, "I plan to return to school tomorrow."

"You really feel itchy without working all day, don't you?"

"I just feel that I am absent too much these days. As a counselor, I can't possibly not do anything. This really isn't appropriate."

William Walton replied honestly, "If someone feels that it's not appropriate, you can resign."

"I'm not a lunatic!" she said, curling her lips.

He retorted, "It's not a good job."

"No matter how insignificant this job is in your eyes, I will not resign. You don't even know how much effort I put in for this job."

He was displeased.

"Hmph, you've worked hard enough. You even lost your first love boyfriend for it, did you?"
