After ciel came back and gave the snacks to rimuru, she immediately went inside rimuru once again, hinata who arrived a bit later just let out a relief sigh after she can't find ciel anywhere, she then stood beside ruminas and behind louis while waiting for the tournament

Beside that, rimuru also has a unexpected guest today, she is sitting on the same seat as rimuru and louis, she has a dark blue long hair with a beautiful and charming face, dressing as royalty of the ocean she giving off a dominance type that one would expect from the ruler

So basically she has no different than human and the only thing will give her a special characteristic is the gills on her neck

"It's my pleasure as well, but i really don't expect that the Ruler of underwater kingdom, The Yunagoni Empire, Emperor Ligeia would come here" louis said with mannerism befitting the emperor

"No need for that long title, we all that sitting on this seat is equal in status after all" Ligeia said while chuckle a little

While Ligeia and louis is busy chatting with each other, luminous is staring at me with questionable gaze, while hinata is looking completely confuse as she never even heard The Yunagoni empire.

Ligeia status is basically equal to elmesia in this world, but the underwater kingdom is rarely show their faces to the world making almost everyone forget about their existence

Ligeia is a Ancient Siren who is born directly from the great spirits of water, just like High Elf, ligeia is also one of the rarest pure breed from the ancient time

After rimuru finished the meeting with his subordinates, souei suddenly send a message to rimuru

'Rimuru-sama, someone has requested to meet you privately, they are sirens royalty, what should i do?'

Rimuru heard this obviously startle a little, for sirens to show up this early is definitely not normal, in rimuru original world, sirens only show up when rimuru is still at azusa's world, which mean this is 100 years earlier than before

Ciel then immediately answer rimuru doubt, hearing ciel explanation rimuru is both excited and guilty at the same time

'Leas time to the meeting room, and make sure to leave no one in surrounding area when i talking to the sirens'

Rimuru then teleported into the meeting room while change his outfit to his demon lord outfit, soon after ligeia and two of her guards arrived

"I'm sorry for this sudden meeting demon lord rimuru" ligeia said while slightly lower her head

"Although this is a bit unexpected, but there's no problem, may i know your reason?" Rimuru asked respectfully

Ligeia then start to introduce herself and told rimuru about her underwater empire, after around 15 minutes talk, she finally state her reasons, ligeia then bow her head to rimuru, seeing their queen bow her head, the two guards also doing the same

"I seek your help demon lord rimuru!! Please...please save my empire!!" Ligeia said desperately

"Um, from what exactly?" Rimuru awkwardly asked

Ligeia soon regained her calm, and immediately told rimuru a story

"..before that, do you know about a Doom Dragon Ivaraj?" Ligeia asked

"The dragon that got seal in chaos dimension? Of course" rimuru naturally know that as that dragon is rimuru's pet in the original timeline

"Then i will make the story short, before ivaraj got seal by veldanava-sama both of them is having a fierce battle, naturally veldanava-sama easily won, but part of the ivaraj wings fall into the ocean in cardinal world, the remaining wicked magicules that the posses making the ocean creature mutated into a horrifying being" ligeia then pause a while, continue again

"Naturally the sirens on that area also got affected and evolve into a mindless wicked being called scyllas, for thousand of years the sirens has tries our base to keep the scyllas lock in that area using our magic.....but for some reasons, recently the scylla has become more powerful and aggressive to the point we can't contain them anymore" ligeia said while shivering slightly

".....we right now is doing our best to fight back the scyllas that managed to slipped out, but if it continue like this....sooner or later all of the scyllas will be free...and our empire wil.." ligeia said while having her tears falling one by one

'ah...it's my fault after all, sigh..this is why i'm feel guilty about....but this is also the chance' rimuru thought while being slightly excited about the 'Chance'

"But why me? There are other demon lord you can asked help from" rimuru asked

"You mean, the destroyer, queen of the nightmare, lord of darkness, pixie labyrinth, platinum devil, sleeping ruler, and earthquake? The title itself is described that they are bring nothing but bad omen" ligeia said

'.....no no no no, she got a point, i'm a 'Monster Ruler' and sirens is monsters, so..yeah it make sense'

"Okay i get it now, but what do i get after i help you?" Rimuru asked

"Our..loyalty!! We are too weak by our own after all, so we have no chance but to seek the protection from the strong!!" Ligeia said with full spirit
