"Thanks," he answered, making me angry. I swiftly glared at his face to see if he had any shame left in him. He lowered his head and walked away from me. I clenched my jaw and looked around if anybody sees us together. My body was radiating heat just by imagining go w he didn't bother to explain his side like he didn't care if I think wrongly about him.

I was home and saw Shinichiro and Mr. Grandpa. I, Emma, and Mikey greeted them and sat around them like little kids. I know it is weird to mention it, but Mikey extremely looking cute but upset at the same time. My soul ached to see him distracted. He was trying hard to act like his breakup with Yuzuha wasn't affect him, but it was all over his face that he was broken now. It might be that his rivalry with Sanzu was the reason he felt up this broke up so bad. Both the girls in his life chose Sanzu over him.

"What did you bring me?" Emma shouted, pulling her hand in the bag Shinichiro gave her. She was more excited than anybody else. She has canceled every call her Brother made her during the time Shinichiro was away from the home, and now she was all over her Brother.

"And this is for my Lil bro." Shin Ichiro smiled and concern took over his face when Mikey weakly smiled and grabbed the bag out of his hands and barely checked it.

"Thanks." He answered sweetly, silent, and faking smiles which Mr. Grandpa hardly noticed, but the oldest brother is a brother at all.

"And this is," Shinichiro suddenly pulled out a small red box from his murse and opened it, it was a small gold chain with a tiny diamond in it, Emma couldn't stop admiring it the moment she laid her eyes on it. "For Y/n." He smiled sweetly, surprising us all. I looked around and looked at his face.

"For me?" I asked, confused, totally shocked. Emma glared at me and her brother, she didn't like the idea of her brother giving something so expensive to me.

"This is unfair." Emma, who was going to ruin the moment, stated. Mr. Grandpa eyed her to behave, but she was too insolent to understand gestures.

"You always get things, plus, she was taking care of the house when Shinichiro wasn't here." Mikey, for the first time, softly took my side. He lowered his face again, everyone was shocked to this side of Mikey. I was stunned when he spoke to me, he noticed me. That chain and diamond was nothing next to Mikey.

"But---," Emma was in a state of shock that everyone sided with me at this time, and honestly speaking, so was I. Shinichiro smiled and watch my face, He helped me wear the necklace. I loved how things started to get better for me.

Emma stormed off to her room after she dragged his gift along. Mikey hadn't lifted his face during this whole time. Surprisingly, he wasn't even using his phone.

"My Lil bro is upset," Shinichiro mumbled, I was helping him in the kitchen after dinner. Mr. Grandpa was asleep now and Mikey and Emma were in their room now.

"Did he tell you about Yuzuha?" I asked, washing the utensils. I was happy that he was talking to me now, I feel like Mikey was told that Yuzuha was the one who said that stuff about him. Thankfully, Mikey saw the good in me.

"Yep, at least my bro will see things now." He smiled weakly, hurt at his bro's broken heart. "I told you, boys learn their lessons when girls like Yuzuha ditch them." He has been telling me this for a long time and I never actually believe him before but now that everything was clear, I had no reason to defend Yuzuha.

"I feel bad for him," I mumbled in my mouth and he turned around to smile for me. His eyes shinned for my admiration towards his brother.

"This is why I knew you were perfect for him," He said nicely rubbed my arm.
