Iris's POV

"So I basically got a life sentence." I said to Vara, while we were walking up the spiralled set of stairs as she decided to give me a small tour of the castle before the work could begin. "No. Call it a life saver." she told me, walking towards a room which I assumed was my new bedroom. I haven't slept in a bed since...months ago.

Once she opened the door, something started to pop up in my mind. I remember this room, somehow. I don't know how I remembered it because I have never been here before until now. I looked at Vara, seeing how attractive she was. She had a sharp jaw-line, her eyes were a beautiful sharp shade of light red, if I stared at them for too long, I would be paralysed on the spot. She had the slimmest body ever, but not too thin.

"You can stare at me as long as you want, but I want to get this tour over and done with so I can continue with what I was doing before you came waltzing in." she told me. Oh, okay. She was obviously a business person. If she even HAD a business...

I then followed her to her own bedroom, which also gave me another weird feeling. "The castle layout is pretty shitty, so we have to share the bathroom which is connected to our rooms. I hope you don't mind." she told me. "I'm fine with it." I said, "Good to hear. Now, I've shown you the kitchen, the garden, the two bedrooms...ah, my office. Come on." she then told me.

Once again, I followed her into her office, which was very decorative. There was art everywhere, a beautiful black desk along with two matching large chairs, which were small thrones. "Sit down on the chair. I want to give you something to wear around your neck." she ordered me. Something to wear around my neck? What could this be? I looked behind, before I sat down on the little black throne.

"It's here somewhere..." Vara then quietly said to herself as she started to search the cabinets that were attached to the walls until she found what she was looking for. A gold chained necklace...

"Is that made from real gold? And what is that black stone?" I asked her. "Yes, it is made from real gold. The black stone is a diamond." she replied. The necklace wasn't recognisable, at least I thought so, anyway...

I held my hand out as she carefully dropped it into my hand. "When do you want me to put it on? Like now?" I asked her. She nodded. Okay...I then suddenly had a bad feeling about this.

I hesitated, staring at the suspicious looking necklace, before I slowly put it around my neck, attaching it the tiny clip to the other...

Shortly after I was done with attaching the tiny clips, I leaned back in my chair, crossing my legs as I was beginning to feel different. Much different...

"Welcome home, Iris. I missed you, so much."

What was she talking about?
