Happy New Years everyone! I have not posted in about 2 months and I apologize for that. Life has just been very busy and I have not had the time to sit down and write. I sincerely apologize for those who have been waiting a long time for this update!

A year later (Ino is 11 and (Y/N) is 13 here)

Such a small, yet meaningful moment for the young Ino. The boy only thought of (m/n) day and night, excited to see the young boy who he thought of as quite immature.

(M/N) was like a miracle to him, whenever he was with the other , he let all his worries and stress wash away with the waves.

A single glance at the older was enough to brighten his day. Oh, how he wished to have more time with (M/N).

He wished and wished, but it wasn't possible for him. Both him and (M/N) came from different backgrounds, it was just the connections that brought them together.

He was grateful in having met the other, even with his sensitive personality and random conversations, Ino found great joy when being with (M/N). It was such a shame it'd come to an end soon.

"Have you ever thought about the future?" (M/N) asked, one arm resting on a railing, holding a popsicle.

"Why do you ask such random questions all the time?" Ino chuckled, admiring how the other looked off to the distance.

"Shut up and just answer the question!" (M/N) grumbled jokingly, his (e/c) interlocking with Ino's own.

"Alright. Alright." Ino put his hands up in the air. He rested his fingers against his chin, thinking carefully.

"You're thinking seriously about this, aren't ya?" (M/N) said, head tilting a bit to the side. "Didn't you want me to? Thought that was the point of you asking me?" Ino stated the obvious making (M/N) scoff at the other's smart replies.

"Got me there." (M/N) laughed, looking up to the sky with a smile.

"Hmm... The future. I guess I never really have thought about the future, for the most part I just want you to by my side. That's all I see in my future."

"Where did you go Ino..?"

A few months later... (still in the past)

"We need to leave." A frantic voice called out, his voice shaking in fear. He opened the door to his room grabbing his bag and stuffing anything he deemed as a necessity.

How did he mess up so badly?

A hand rested on his shoulder, he flinched under the cool touch of his wife. The women's eyes searched her husband with worry.

"Hey.. what's wrong?" She softly questioned, massaging his shoulder a bit to ease his frantic state.

"I did something horrible, Mina. I-I..." he could not continue his sentence as he begin to let out chocked sobs.

(Mina is your mom by the way. I don't think I've mentioned the name of the parents yet, so I'll introduce them now.)

Everything had gone downhill, all because of a mistake, a misunderstanding. He has put himself and his family in danger, along with many others.

Mina brought her husband into her embrace, sliding her hands up and down his back in a comforting manner.

"You don't have to explain anything, just tell me what I can do to help. We'll get through it together, Hiro." She sweetly smiled, giving him a small kiss to his forehead.

Hiro's sobs faltered as he begin to fall limp in his wife's arms, tired with the events that occurred.

"Mama, what's wrong?" Little (m/n) questioned, noticing the tired eyes of both his father and mother.

"We're gonna be moving away." His mom softly answered, her eyes softening when she saw her son's upset expression.

"When?" He pouted, not wanting to leave the friends he made behind.

"Today. So why don't you wake up your older sister and get ready for mama, okay?"

"B-but.. why today? Do I have time to say goodbye to my friends? Why do we have to move?"

"Hah... We don't have time, I'm sorry (m/n). Mama and Papa are sorry." Her voice starts to shake.

Papa leans in to comfort her. "We have to leave by today, alright (m/n)? So, please wake up your sister." His dad repeated his mom's words, patting her head.

(M/N) nodded, now noticing the stress look upon his father's face, he wasn't oblivious to guess that something might've happened to cause the move.

(M/n) slowly strolled up the narrow staircase that led to his and his sister's bedroom. Upon reaching her door, he knocked loudly.

Hearing a tired groan and a shuffle of sheets, his sister opened the door to see a teary-eyed (m/n).

Her tired eyes immediately seemed more awake. "Hey, what's wrong?"

She knew that something up. (M/n) hardly woke her up unless it was something serious, and she knew he wasn't that emotional.

"Mama and Papa seem upset, I don't really know what's going on, but we're moving out today." It hurt her to see her brother try to act strong like their father. "It might just be some business thing, don't worry too much. Why don't we both start getting packed up. I'm sure Mom and Dad would want that." She reassured.

(M/n) nodded, skidding towards his own room, feeling a little better. The two siblings helped each other out with packing, and soon enough they were finished.

They heard their parents screaming at them to get things in the car, seemingly in a hurry.

The family of four stuffed the boxes and bags in the car, and once finished they gathered at the front to say goodbye to the house they've lived in for multiple years.

Jumping in the car they drove to start anew, away from the trouble that brew. Too bad that trouble loved to follow the (L/N) family.
