It was 12 am.
-Jarvis, is everyone sleeping?- I asked.
-Yes, y/n. You can go.- Jarvis whispered.
-Wanda...Wanda...- I called her, since she had fallen asleep -Wake up.-
-Mh? What?- she yawned -It's time?- she rubbed her eyes
-Yeah. Let's go.- I said as I took my backpack.
-Shit. Jarvis, what's about Vision? He doesn't sleep.- Wanda said.
-I already took care of him. He's offline, don't worry, it won't hurt him.-
I nodded at Wanda and we silently walked down the stairs.
We reached the garage and Bucky was already there.
At that moment Nat arrived too.
He walked closer to me and I couldn't stop myself from throwing my arms around his neck, hiding my face.
-Doll...I love you...- Bucky whispered, hugging me tightly.
-I love you too...- I said as I cupped his face with my hands.
He passionately kissed me.
When we broke the kiss, I rested my head on his chest, after a moment of cuddling, I walked to Wanda and Nat, with tears in my eyes.
-I'll miss you, girls.- I said hugging them, hiding my face in their hairs.
-We'll miss you too, honey.- Nat said.
-Be safe.- Wanda said -Don't cry please, or I'll cry.- she giggled as her eyes started to tear up.
Bucky walked closer to us and, with his thumb, he wiped my tears, smiling softly, with reddish eyes.
-Don't start you too, babe.- I said, now crying.
-Sorry, love, sorry.- he said wiping his eyes with the sleeve of his shirt -You should take this. In case you miss me too much.- he smiled sadly, handing me a black hoodie.
-Thanks, I love it.- I said hugging it -Now it's better if I go. I'll text you tomorrow morning.-
-We'll wait your text.-
-Wait, take this gun. You can use it if you're in trouble.- Nat said handing me her gun.
-Thanks, Nat.- I smiled, taking it.
I kissed Bucky one last time before sitting in the back seat of the car.
It was a black car, not too big not to attract attention, and with darkened car windows.
-Dad won't mind, will he?- I asked when Jarvis started the car.
-No, he won't. Because this isn't his car.- Jarvis replied.
-What?- I asked, confused.
-This is actually Agent Romanoff's car. They thought that if you had used your father's he would have found you more easily. But he doesn't know her car, so you're more safe like this.-
-I love them so much.- I said smiling -So where are we going?-
-Let's say that you have a roof on your head.-
-I'm sorry what?- I was seriously confused.
-You'll see when we arrive.-
-Alright.- I said, looking outside the window.
Although it was midnight the city was alive.
The people were walking up and down the streets.
The big buildings were illuminated.
I couldn't believe what I was doing.
I was seriously running away.
After a while, I felt my eyes get heavy and I had to fight the urge of sleeping.
-You can rest now. It's okay.- Jarvis's voice lulled me, he had to drive for half a city before I fell asleep.
When I woke up it was because of the light coming through the car windows.
At first I was confused, then I remembered where I was.
-Morning J.- I said and I felt my whole body ache.
-Good morning y/n. I advise you to eat something for breakfast, since the last meat you had it was yesterday at lunch.-
-Okay, J. Would you tell me where we are?- I asked, noticing that we were still.
-There are some keys on the front seat, take them. And get out of the car.- he said.
-How will I talk to you?-
-I'm on your phone. I installed software. Don't worry.- he said as I took my backpack and got out of the car -You should put your headphones so people won't suspect anything.-
-Got it, J.- I said putting in on -Now where are we?- I asked.
-We are at Agent Romanoff's old apartment.-
-God, that woman. First her gun, after her car now her apartment.- I smiled inserting the key in the keyhole.
I looked around and it was a pretty comfortable and small apartment in Nat's style.
I settled my backpack and the gun, I checked my phone and saw a lot of lost calls from dad, I simply ignored them.
I walked around the apartment and saw that there was a kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room.
I went to the kitchen and I saw that there was nothing to eat.
-The Sergeant left you a bag in the trunk of the car.- Jarvis said and I involuntarily smiled.
I went to pick it up and I ate my lunch.
